As a recent transplant.to the Harrison area, I did not have a go-to mechanic when it became.clear.that my brakes needed servicing. I spent several hours looking at shops in Harrison, reading reviews, looking at photos, researchin longevity, and so on. I chose Master Tech Auto Repair based mainly on its longevity and reviews. John was helpful, accommodating, friendly and professional every step of.the way. The service was completed quickly, the price was fair, and the quality of the work was very good. I would not hesitate to use them again and zi would not hesitate yo reccomwnd their services to others

Called late Monday to get my air conditioning recharged. Everyone else I called was telling me it would be a week out, but he said he could work me in the next day. Tuesday afternoon and the truck is done. Price was fair. Needless to say I was impressed.

Master Tech Auto Repair demonstrated phenomenal customer service and exceptional vehicle repair work.
After relocating from another state and inheriting a truck I found myself in need of a vehicle repair.
Obviously, this isn’t my expertise so I placed one phone call and John (there’s 2 John’s) was so empathetic of my situation and knowledgeable I felt confident in having the repair completed there. He went above and beyond -I didn’t even know where the location was or even a gas station so I can promise you he’s extremely patient.
From assisting with the tow truck options in the community to providing details of each item needed for the repair as well as giving detailed insight about the issue which created the need for the repair, it was absolutely reassuring that my lack of mechanical knowledge wasn’t exploited when I got the call about the pricing.
It was very reasonably priced for the amount of work that had to be done. The work was done very quickly and efficiently which was an added bonus.
John (The Owner) was very kind and went above and beyond to insure customer satisfaction even driving the truck a few more miles just incase something would happen again because I was a little timid about it. (New town, no family, and just found out there’s no Uber-I didn’t want to anything to happen while I was driving)
John even made sure I had the same gas level as before driving to the gas station and filling it back up-which I can’t express my gratitude enough since I have to still use Google Maps to find the gas stations and eventually the car wash.
John assured me that everything was perfect before I left. It was and he even moved the seat back to my position.
John & John and their team stayed late to accommodate my schedule but to also make sure I was confident in the repair and answered my many questions (car related but also town related) and never acted rushed or hurried.
I would confidently recommend this shop and these mechanics for all vehicle repair needs even just a simple oil change. Harrison is very lucky to have this business! Trust me I’ve had to navigate many towns and cities and you don’t find people like this very often.
Thank you John for making a difficult situation an easy process and showing incredibly compassion and empathy.

Only basing it on my experience I have to give this business one star. I called the store today and the call dropped twice. While I was restarting my phone, the owner called and left a voicemail. He said he's blocking my number for hanging up on him.
This seems a little bit irrational, perhaps he thought I was an angry customer trying to bother him? I'm just trying to ask how much it cost for an oil change and schedule it. I think he saved me time and money and frustration by letting me know that he's a rude and belligerent person..

Jon is hands down the most shady mechanics I have worked with. First off I brought my truck to Jon to fix a leaking seal on the driver side rear end of the truck, he informed me that my pinion seal was broken as well I had him fix that. Picked up the truck drove the truck ten miles than my turbo went. 4 months later it took him to fix the truck after going back and forth he quoted me initial 2345 dollars to fix the truck and that he had ordered the turbo... Fast forward to several months later when I found out he didn't order the turbo, so then I start hounding him about my truck in which they lied and said the turbo is on back order.... Called the company they ordered the part from in which they informed me that the part was not on back order and that they where lying to me that no one from master tech has contacted them about any parts. Turbo gets ordered after 3 months of waiting to then be charged a deposit before the work even started, why not ask for the deposit intially. Then jon tried to tack on an additional 200$. Not happenings. Truck is done and finished have had back now 8 days. Looked under my truck and guess what is leaking the pinion seal Jon "fixed" initially. So I then check the turbo to find that it was not properly placed on the truck. And many pieces weren't even tightened. I highly recommend not using Jon or master tech of Harrison. You'll have better luck driving or getting towed to Fayetteville, Branson, mountain home, Bentonville to have your vehicle worked on trust me your wallet will thank you.

All those Shop rates a little bit expensive when you get experts working on your car it doesn't cost as long to troubleshoot an issue. They took my car, diagnosed the issue and suggested solutions in a timely manner excellent customer service.

When my car was going through spark plugs, took it to Master Tech and diagnosed the computer needed reprogrammed, brought in a specialist, and returned my vehicle within a week. Unlike most mechanics, Master Tech calls and keeps you posted if the repair is bigger issue than originally expected they WAIT to repair until they know you would like to continue. They are good about getting vehicles in and out in a timely manner. The staff is professional and if they feel like they cannot fix the issue, they will be upfront with you about it and recommend where to take it.
