Wow.I drove all the way to the airport in Harrison to pick up a car I paid for online.The person working informed me that the only car they have got extended by the previous customer the previous day. No one informed me until I showed up. Thirty minutes before everything else closes.Surely a case of inbreeding going on. Avoid them. Just go to Branson.

We recently rented on vacation. We had a rock hit the windshield. We told them at check in and asked if we needed to pay now for the repair or claim on insurance. The check in attendant asked said it would only be $25 for the repair and even called his boss to confirm in front of me. I wrote on the claim that we would pay for the repair. They have now charged me $525 for a windshield replacement. Lesson learned. I’ll get it replaced myself next time.
