Unfortunately time comes when you have to have a tow. FORTUNATELY there’s tow companies like diamond.Where do I begin. Had to tow trucks cars and tractors. Quick courteous understanding and professional.On the car. He made sure we had everything out, well my sister, she’s panicky. No rush. Calming and reassuring her. Appreciated that. Truly appreciate that mentality.The tractor. Good lord Betty ford. How many times he dealt with my headache on that. Had to get my tractor to a shop. Over and over back and forth. It didn’t get repaired right. I was riled up. Because I was missing hay season because of these repairs. And he had it there. And back at my field to try out the repairs. I mean when I needed it. Above and over my expectations.The truck. If I remember right. All I heard was sure. Sure. Sure. lol. Here is where diamond and Mr. Klenczar just blows my mind. Had a blow out on my trailer. He seen me at the lookout. Stopped. Had a Jack to get it up with 12k pounds of logs on it. Aired up my spare. And told me to have a good day. Wouldn’t take a nothing but a thank you. Was a crappy day that with his interference made it pretty darn good.

Love these guys!! So professional, so courteous and so knowledgeable in their field! I’ve had to call on Diamond towing several times, once my family and I were stranded in a remote area on a holiday! Jason had his crew at our rescue in a timely manner and I had no more worries after they got to us! Such a relief! Nothing but great things to say about Diamond Towing! Thank you Diamond Towing!!

Jason has helped me out multiple times and at inconvenient times at that. Very helpful and fast to get me back on the road or get my truck towed wherever I needed it to.
