I needed a radiator replacement for my Jeep. He let me pick the day to have it done. 2 days later, I was back on the road. I could've had it done that very next day, but I had appointments, so it was the next day. Better get in there NOW before the back-up begins.

My mother brought her ‘07 ford escape to have the coil packs on the spark plugs replaced. Wouldn’t replace the packs with out replacing the already new spark plugs. When finished her check engine light came on for 02 censors being bad. She has them replace those and immediately had issues with the 02 censors reading bad and trouble keeping the car going. Found out when they took off the intake manifold they took apart the EGR cover and dropped the gasket inside the car. Instead of fixing they’re mistake they covered it up and made an excuse about the timing. Today I got lucky and the EGR Valve gasket was still lingering around the car. Put it together right as rain. Someone here owes my mom an apology and a discount for throwing parts at a mistake they created by being careful.

Great service, great price. These gentlemen replaced the brake booster on my vehicle. Never tried to sell me something I didn't need,. No pressure, done in one day and paid less than quoted. If I need the services they provide, I will be back. Thank you Doug and Chad.

Good honest shop. Needed front-end alignment. They confirmed I needed upper and lower ball joints on one side that another shop quoted much higher and tried to say I need them on both sides. I will be back.

4 star is one of the best shops in town. They only use the best products and deliver extremely high quality repairs. I've known Doug and Chad for years and the techs there have always treated me right. As long as they can get the parts, they can have you back on the road by the end of the day. 4 star car care definitely offers a 5 star service!
