SUPERB Body & paint shop!
It was a long three months of fighting the insurance company to pay for the damages the other guy caused, but I was never worried one bit because the owners Joe & Chris always took care of us!
Greenwood Collision Center LLC has by far exceeded my expectations of a body shop!! Their customer service is like that “old school, FIGHT for the customer” kinda service!! PLUS they offer LIFETIME warranty on all of their work!! #bonus!

Friendly personal. Receptionist was very knowledgeable. Came out took pictures and said it could be a couple of days to get my estimate. Had my estimate about four hours later. They gave me a 10 day time frame but finished early. May not always be the case but ours was fixed and very well done. Repairs were very well done. They cleaned the inside and out. Would definitely use them again. Our work was guaranteed for life.

Great place inside and out! Lots of loyalty and the most kind and friendly receptionist to greet everyone entering, both customers and employees! Magnificent owners that are willing to do whatever they can to get you back in your vehicle ASAP. They really do care, not just a fake front.Also the guys in the shop are usually behind the scenes but they are awesome people also.You may ask how I'm able to give such a raving review and be absolutely certain of every word?I have actually started working here 3 weeks ago! So I'm in that period where I'm able to really see everything and gather a good opinion without any bias.This is an awesome place to work and I honestly can't say enough about how willing they are to help not only the customer, BUT ALSO THE EMPLOYEES!Without good and happy employees, no business can operate with this level of efficiency.They have a morning meeting EVERY DAY at 10am to make sure everyone is up to speed on the current and future processes, to keep things running smoothly. They also ask EVERY DAY at this meeting if we need anything or have any questions.I've owned a 4.9 star detailing business (Royal Reflections Luxury Detail) 2/3 of my life and I'm 38, they hired me to make sure every part we put out is able to live up to and reflect our LIFETIME WARRANTY!With lots of business experience, and experience in paint perfection and correction, I can honestly say that this place puts out a very high quality product!I've seen and worked on lots of vehicles that have come from many other shops, giving me an advantage when recommending body shops in the past and currently.Anyways, if you have any doubts or just want more info, ask your friends or neighbors about us or you can call and ask anything.Do your research, choosing a body shop is a big deal. Make sure your safety is number one and that your vehicle will be repaired correctly for your safety as well as the safety of everyone else on the road.I could go on for days trying to tell you about this awesome place I've been so fortunate to find and get the opportunity to work for, but don't just take my opinion, seriously ask around.I hope you all have a beautiful and blessed day and I will drop a few pics of a jeep we are working on this week.

So disappointed. I had to wait from July til November for my appointment. Then the lady at the front "forgot" to order my parts. Now after all this waiting they are moving me to December. To top it off she hung up on me when I was trying to understand how I had an appointment since July and the parts were never ordered. Renita Skaggs Ruark

Very unprofessional. They kept us waiting for weeks to have the bodywork done and never even ordered the parts! Then they got defensive when asked if there was a problem. In a business where reputation is everything, this just wasn't too smart. My advice...Steer clear!

Had a deer hit my car and break my passenger side mirror they found me a new mirror at a great price and had it completely repaired faster than I had expected will go to them again if I need my car repaired
