When I was there on 7-7-2024 I had the oil changed. When they grabbed the hose for oil the cap was loose and it sprayed over my front and side windows and top of car. They sent me over to Slash car wash to get cleaned. Well after running through the car wash twice and washing it by hand 4 or 5 times there still some on the car windows. The manager at car wash was going to call me today. But haven't heard from him.

I found the service to be excellent and efficient. Dalton and Rodney explained to me what was needed and I was given options to proceed forward. These guys seemed very personable and knowledgeable about their jobs. My overall experience was pleasant and I would recommend going here.

Service was quick and good, however, the techs over filled my oil, I was told the fluids were checked and topped off but my washer fluid was left empty. There was oily finger prints on my door and hood as well. Going back one more time to see if this changes, but that was my first impression.

Super unprofessional. 2nd time visiting this location. 1st time was a breeze. But, the two guys who were working were just trash talking each other the whole time, as well as speaking poorly about our car and where we got it from.

Do not go to this place. Charged my wife 95 dollars for an oil change on a Chevy Trailblazer. Have never paid over 65 on an oil change and this is going to dealerships that always overcharge. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
