Hooray for Walmarts that tolerate overnight RVs in their lot as this one does. I stopped in late after enjoying an evening in downtown Fort Smith. Popped into the store for some supplies and then found a quiet end of the lot to park up for the night. The store is better than most. My theory on proximity to the Walmart Home Office continues to be proven correct. The closer you are to Bentonville, the nicer and more up-to-date the stores are and this one is. They have the new "Health" side with medical care. The rest of the store is clean, bright and pretty well stocked. I was able to find the stuff I needed and the self-checkout worked well. I’ve been getting my prescriptions here for about a year now. At first I didn’t have a problem, but now every time I go I have to give them my information repeatedly before they can even find my prescription. I start with my current name, then previous marriage name, then maiden name, then when I give them my current name again they can suddenly find it. It’s like a ritual at this point. Then after all that my prescription is NEVER ready. I get text message alerts to tell me when my prescription is ready and I used to come the day after I get the text, but suddenly it wasn’t ready when I would show up. So I gave it two days, never ready. Three days, not ready. I finally got sick of wasting an hour waiting around in Walmart for a prescription that I was told was ready so I came the day before the text said to pick it up by, and when I got there they said they already put it back! I asked why they put it back when I had until tomorrow to pick it up and they just shrugged at me and said I would have to wait an hour for them to refill it again. On top of that, the last time I got my prescription filled the pricing was weird. I have 4.70 co pay, but this last time when I got the text that my prescription was ready it said my total was over $19, but then when they refilled it again it was back to the 4.70 it was supposed to be. I’m currently looking into a new place to get my prescriptions because this is just ridiculous.

Had my vaccine 2-3 weeks ago. Super SLOW! VERY RUDE old man working at the register. He did not know how to put info into the system. Took more than 2 HOURS wait for a FLU shot!!!

SUPER SLOW! I used their pharmacy and auto services. BIG MISTAKE!!! It took 3 hrs for a car BATTERY CHANGE. 2 hours for a flu shot. They hire people that have no computer skills here.

Terrible! They used to be so friendly and convenient with their drive through. Now you never get the same answer twice, everyone you talk to blames someone else. They send you running in circles with the dr office and insurance. TERRIBLE customer service. Very disappointing but it is no longer convenient when you have to call EVERY SINGLE TIME to get them to fix the insurance. Sit on hold forever then it's pure luck if you get someone willing to help. They have some very friendly and helpful people but lately it seems they've been replaced with rude and hateful people who treat you like you are bothering them when you ask them to do their job. Fortunately there are MANY options for pharmacies around here.

Pharmacy dispensed 14 pills instead of 60 as the doctor ordered. Will the manager explained that is at the pharmacy discretion and it overrides what the doctor directs. so I go 4 trips rather than one trip. I went back to Walmart rather than mail order for convenience. So much for that idea!

Been using them a couple years now service is so slow bt never in my life have I heard of a pharmacy only giving u 7 pills when the doctor prescribed 60! Had to call doctors office & get a whole new script for what was already originally wrote which in end totalled 5 calls back to pharmacy 5 calls back to nurse at dr office just totally wasted everybody's time & put more stress on me then I needed!!! When picked up the script originally the pharmacist never mentioned tht I wouldn't be getting full script or what their policy is on hydos or I would of moved it. Never mind what the doctor orders or what kind of complications you have after back surgery their policy has nothing to do with what u need or the doctors order think twice before filing any pain meds wth walmart !!?

My doctor's office called in prescriptions 10/6/21, I'm still waiting for the pharmacy to fill them. Absolutely ridiculous.

Idk what has happened to the service here but it has gone down hill. I e been using Walmart since 2011. It has never taken over 24 hours to fill script. Had scripts called in by my Dr yesterday morning as of 4:25pm the next day it still hasn't been filled and can't get anyone in the pharmacy to answer the phone for an update. Currently looking for a new pharmacy

Been standing in line now for 20 minutes and still have not reached the register. They have 3 lanes open with people standing in long lines. This is just plain stupid. This is getting out of hand. Walmart act like a real business.

Very bad place place rude people not helpful and don't do there jobs. Takes 4 or more hours to fill your meds or they lose them. The older blond lady is never helpful and acts like you are bothering her and she don't have time for you.

Drive thru SUCKS... you spend more time waiting to get your medicine. Sometimes people can't go inside...sick child..etcPlease up your game and don't have people wait 30 minutes
