They do excellent work!
Thankfully, our insurance company arranged the initial call and repair details to them (on our behalf) and, after that, it only took a few minutes for a Safelite representative to telephone us, get a few pieces of information, and then set up an appointment time and date for the windshield replacement.
Important to us was having an OEM window - which was expertly installed and calibrated by their service technicians.
Friendly, knowledgeable and very highly recommended.

Needed a repair to my windshield. Everything from starting online to finishing at the shop was extremely easy, professional and stress free!!! Received several useful/reminder texts leading up to the appointment. Very satisfied with Safelite and would recommend them to anyone needing auto glass repair/replacement!!! ?

No real person to talk to....imagine if u have problems after installation. .. ..you would be taking to chatgpt with NO help.....have other installers/options in town

Did an amazing job on my window, can’t even tell that I had a star crack minus a little rain drop size smudge. Can’t even tell! The workers were beyond kind and worked fast. Very grateful for all of them.

My service tech shawn could not have been better. This man did an excellent job even going above and beyond. He stayed in constant contact with me throught the replacement. Discussed options and alternatives in depth with me and left me confident in my decision. I highly recommend you request shawn by name. No doubt the best service i could have recieved anywhere. Fast, professional, and courteous ???.

Christian took care of my work Van , had a chip in the windshield. Took the time to explain to me what could happen while it was being fixed which it didn't . He was kind and courteous . He even went above fixing my windshield that after he was done , he cleaned every window on my van which has a lot of windows , this is a 15 passenger Van . Thank you for you kindness . You deserve 5 stars . I just want your employer to know you are doing a great job for them .

You can't get through to speak to an actual person. They have the worst automated system in America! I would never recommend using them again at this point! The seal they put on my back glass failed and they have no option to speak to a customer service rep and there is no direct number to the Safelite store you want to use so it takes forever to be helped!

They fixed my Windshield and even replaced that Windshield after I noticed a defect in it. They did the second install free of charge.
