I can't ever get help from anyone when in the store, the employees dodge the customers so they don't have to work.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I went in to Best Buy in Fort Smith intending to buy a TV. I'm wearing an obvious medical device and anyone can see that I'm having trouble walking. So how many sales people were there at, or even near, the TV's? None. So we went to the front of the store to ask for help and nobody ever came. When we were leaving, I told the man at the front door that we would just buy from Amazon. He cavalierly said, "Ok," which I though was a smart aleck response. I called the Fort Smith store to speak to the manager. And, guess what, you can't speak to anyone in the U.S. I got customer support from a man in Central America that could not, and would not, help me. ADIOS BEST BUY! YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS

Terrible customer service. We asked for help in buying the TV we had selected. Amazon, say thank you to Best Buy for getting you a sale. Best Buy's lack of customer service will make me go elsewhere when I have a choice.

I've shopped at this Best Buy location for years, the employees seem very knowledgeable about the products they sell, and also friendly and professional mannerism. I'll happily shop there again.

The guy who rang me up was new and the manger was helping him out. We all got to learn somehow. They both were very helpful and I will definitely go back when I need electric goodies.
