I'm not one to leave negative reviews and I've left countless reviews from my OWN experiences. This one is over my recent upgrade. Honestly there's way too much to type in the review about the experience. I don't want to blast or talk ill of anyone but things could've been handled much more efficiently and effectively. Take care of your customer and exhaust all options before giving up.(and return a call when you say you will) My services will go elsewhere in the future and I will direct anyone inquiring elsewhere as well.ATT Customer service went above and beyond and fixed the issue which shouldn't have happened to begin with.

this AT&T has actually caused me hell. so we ordered the wrong phone for chirstmas. so we took it to the store to try and exchange it for the one we wanted. Miranda was the sales person that was "helping" us. first she deactivated the wrong phone number on the account without asking which one the phone was for or even checking to see if they had the phone in stock. so my moms phone was completely deactivated. because of that she has to use the phone we didn't even want because her phone had been shut off and she can't get back on it until the new phone comes in so miranda messed that up. this customer service is just terrible. we had to go back to the store later that day right before it closed because Miranda had ordered a completely different phone than we wanted. we tried to cancel it that night at the store and they said they did. but when we called they said it wasn't even cancled??? and now they can't even cancel the order because it already shipped?!?!! mind you I live an hour away from here so it's not easy to just go whenever. and there's no way we can fix any of it unless we go all the way up there. and now they are saying there is no way to exchange the phone for another one because it's been more than so many days. yet when we walked in and asked they said it would be "no problem", well this has caused me plenty. so after all that we can't even get the phone we wanted. this place is just terrible. Miranda f'd it up and we have to pay the price. so thank you for ruining my last two days

Went in today for help purchasing an Apple Watch with fall detection and upgrading my 84 year old mother-in-laws galaxy phone to an iPhone 14. She recently had surgery and was unable to come with us. Miranda was fabulous. She answered our questions and helped us get the watch. We had to go to the other ATT store in Greenwood to get the phone switched out so the account owner would be there to approve everything. We got the new phone, but no attempt was made to move the pictures and contacts from the Android to the IPhone. It was only after leaving and showing my mother-in-law how to make a call that I realized there were no contacts. I called the Greenwood store back and was told that we would have to manually type all the contacts into the new iPhone. The manager said there was no way to move the data from the Android to the iPhone. I then called Miranda to confirm that there was no process for moving data between the two phones. She said she could do it and offered to meet us in a convenient location to do the transfer since she was driving home from work. She actually came to my mother-in-laws house after getting off work to set-up the phone and the watch for us. That’s amazing customer service!!! She was able to transfer the photos and contacts from one phone to the other, no problem. I highly recommend going to the store on Phoenix in Fort Smith and asking for Miranda.

Update: I called and put in a complaint with AT&T corporate and found out that this is just an authorized AT&T dealer. I’m assuming that the manager Kayla was never trained properly by AT&T since it is just an authorized dealer. She shouldn’t be managing an entire store in her mid thirties when she can’t even manage herself.Pushy employees that only care about making a sale. I came in last week JUST to change my phone plan on my iPhone and Kayla gave me the whole spiel on the IPhone 15, I listened and said no thank you as I am happy with my current IPhone. In the 15 minutes I was there she continued to repeatedly try to talk me into buying a new phone like her life depended on it. When she was finally finished she tried to push Direct TV on me, I’ve been in here before so I said “no thank you, I’m short on time today” she then proceeded to roll her eyes at me like a teenager and sulk away. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. I had a similar issue last month when I came in to shop the accessories sale. There were two different employees that tried to sell me on Direct TV. I don’t know if AT&T is making these people be this pushy but it’s super annoying, we live in an economy where nearly everyone is struggling to make ends meet and the last thing we need is more pushy companies coming at us with their hands out. Verizon never acted this way. I will be going out of my way to avoid using this store from now on. As soon as my phone is paid off I’m leaving AT&T and switching back to Verizon.

Great experience!!! Did not have to wait to be helped, that was the best part. I was there to change my automatic payment bank account and they did just that and had me on my way, which made me a happy customer.

Went in to upgrade devices. Was sold accessories I didn’t ask for, changes made to my plan I didn’t ask for. Very thoroughly look at your receipt and charges before leaving.

Charlotte helped me recover all my info from the iCloud, after I lost my phone. It was tedious and took days as I could not remember passcodes! She is a wizard and has the patience of a Saint!!!

Great customer service. The manager personally stepped in and made sure I was informed everything before setting up an account. Store was very clean and staff was awesome. Best store I have ever been to

Can’t wait to get away from AT&T. Go in one day to get info on switching away from them and was given procedure only to find out all that info was incorrect. Poorly Managed obviously, employees look disheveled and were rude. Went to Verizon, all their employees are all dressed very professional and very informative.
