Dr. Perry & all the staff I encountered were kind & very understanding of extreme dental anxiety. Dr. Perry made sure I had antibiotics for my infected tooth & did a wonderful job of extracting my tooth. Everyone made sure I was comfortable, especially the woman who assisted Dr. P that morning. She made sure I had a blanket, let me hold her hand during the extraction & made sure i got to bring my tooth home. I wish I remembered her name, she deserves the recognition.

The hygienist took the time to understand my health history as to why my teeth are in rough shape even with me doing everything to keep them good. The dentist kept telling me to do different things at home that I had already told him I do. He didn't listen to me at all. The office manager took the time to help me figure out financial issues and explained everything very well. Overall not a bad experience, just needs some tuning on active listening skills from the dentist.

Best dental experience I've ever had! Every single person I seen and talked to was super nice and friendly, they explained everything so well and in detail, was seen in a timely manner, and I am excited to go back and continue going to Aspen Dental.??

So going to the dentist is always difficult. That said, besides my tooth pain, my experience was excellent. Every staff member was more than kind and held my needs as a number one priority. They quickly diagnosed my specific situation and helped me figure out the best course of action. From the front desk to the techs to the doctor was as pleasant... As one could could have... at the dentist office. ??. Great people. Very professional. I was very nervous and had high anxiety going in. (First appt. In 20+ years). I feel much more comfortable going back when the time comes.

My husband was told locally that he needed a crown. The cost seemed very high so we decided to go somewhere else hoping to find a cheaper price. We chose Aspen because of the discount plan even though we have to travel out of town. Everyone at Aspen was very nice. They tried to make sure we understood everything that was discussed. We were pleased with the fact that they gave us details about the problems and the the solution that no one else had shared with us. That made our decision and plans much easier. We signed up for the discount plan but were some what disappointed in that. Our local dentist charges the same price for a crown as Aspen did after all of the discounts were calculated.

Called about dentures. I was told my insurance would cover basic dentures. After examination we talked about pricing. The basic dentures were 800.00.My insurance will cover 1500 toward dentures.I was told my insurance wouldn't cover this cost due to discount etc.If l paid cash that would be my out of pocket price but my insurance would pay for the classic dentures for 2400.00 leaving me owing 684.00 out of pocket. Or we could do one or the other this year upper or lower and do the other after first of the year. Come on people. Disappointed.

Every one was so nice. They went out of their way to meet my needs. This is also the most reasonable dental office you will find. Give them a chance. Could save you hundreds.

Everyone has been wonderful! I used to be anxious about going to the dentist, but not since I've gone to Aspen in fort smith, from the girls up front to the dentist, they've been great and truly care about your comfort as well.

I have PTSD from a Pryor dental horror story text me if u want to no who. But this very professional yet friendly Aspen dental is a cut above. They seem to care about their patients with out any hurtful comments. They r as fast or as lower paced for those with who need to baby step like me. Class people the entire office. U no above all they never lost patience and kinda let my actions dictate the type of care. The best dentist and staff. Btw did I say best looking dentist on earth really. That's all folks don't want to gush. I couldn't recommend them higher. Now office keep up the wonderful. Ty y'all so much.

Wow! I couldn't be happier. I am normally a nervous nelly about any dental appointment. The staff were wonderful and took every effort to put me at ease. When it came to talkingabout care plan, they accepted the fact I couldn't afford a root canal and were ok with pulling a too far gone tooth. I couldnt recomend them higher.

The exam went fine, clinical staff was great. The lady at the front desk was very nice. There was a note about their systems being down on the front door. After my exam I waited for almost an hour for the office manager to come speak with me about financing and scheduling. I could hear the clinical staff talking about the office manager forgetting about me. When she came in(finally), she told me that they couldn't tell me anything due to the systems being down. I understand that's fine, they told me they would call me the next day. 1 week later I left them a message, never heard back. 2 weeks go by and I leave another message about how unprofessional this experience is. Still have not heard anything. Don't recommend here.

They have difficulty with scheduling. Don’t go there if you don’t want to be phoned the day before your appointment and asked to postpone. Still waiting on call from office manager

I went in for a consult for veneers because I was told when I called they do them. The first red flag was that when I checked in she told me my appointment was at 11am, however the email I had gotten said 2pm, so I pulled it out and showed her. Then, I get in the back and they take a panoramic of my teeth and the hygienist asked me what I’m there for and when I told her a vaneer consult she proceeded to tell me they don’t do them there. So, why did they even make me the appointment in the first place and instead told me and I could have spent my time going somewhere else. As I was leaving the office manager tells me, they do veneers, just not the dentist who is there now… SO YOU DONT DO VANEERS THEN!!!! Don’t waste your time or money! Go somewhere else people!
