The automated phone system was changed "to better assist the customer " but now it only gives out 10 transactions, it won't let you check additional transactions, I DO NOT use the bank app nor do I want to, and I DO NOT use the online banking system, nor do I want to because I DO NOT trust them. I used the automated phone system to keep my account balance and confirm transactions had cleared. PLEASE put the additional transactions option back on the automated phone system, and PLEASE share this comment with whomever can fix the automated phone system that was just changed to better serve the customer

Very courteous employees. I pay rent by directly depositing cash into my landlords account. It's usually a very "difficult" process if i try to pay thru my bank. Going directly to Arvest makes the process such a breeze.

asked them to close an old account months ago and they’re still having issues with it. they told me to come in on friday to sign some things to get everything officially signed over (which i already did 3 months ago) and then their supervisor got Covid and we had to reschedule. now my account is on hold and their reason is “you didn’t come in and sign those papers on Friday” when they were the ones that told me i could come in and do it. Now I can’t use any of my paycheck or pay my rent and it’s all because of Arvest bank. Save yourself the hassle they make everything so much harder than what it needs to be. Bank somewhere else.

I go to the ATM to deposit money. The ATM took my money and didn’t deposit it into my account. I speak with Wendy over the phone and she shows NO EMPATHY. She is so blunt and tells me I have to wait until tomorrow to get it fixed & that it was going to be 10 Business days and that she couldn’t do anything and that there was nothing she could do. One, I understand that she may not be able to do anything, but if you don’t show empathy or actually feel sorry when you say “sorry” & tell me bluntly that I have to wait for my money… that’s not right. And I go to the drive thru to deposit the rest of my money after I give her the debit card where I want it deposited and she still put it into the wrong account. Makes me not want to go to the bank again. If you don’t like your job, then work somewhere else. Thankfully the manager helped me.

Arvest financed my vehicle loan and once it was paid off I requested title and they lost it in their files…. What a joke.

Wow!!! Tryed to cash a check I received from an Arvest account. First if your not an account holder at Arvest you can't even go through the drive through. "It's reserved for only Arvest bank customers." Then after signing the check I had to show 2 forms of IDs. After that they told me I had to pay $5 to cash it. Seriously!! Guess I'm the bank today!! Lol

Experienced the worst banking service ever. I went to the bank to enroll in overdraft protection a couple of months ago. Come to find out, they didn’t even enroll me. So instead of my card declining, I was having huge transactions put me in the negative. (Mostly from websites messing up with my orders.) But I went up this bank explaining I was enrolled in overdraft protection and shouldn’t be allowed in the negative. They continue to charge me for a “monthly fee.” And I requested them to close my account numerous of times. Not only were they rude to me, but refused to close it. I waited until all my pending charges and deposits were gone, but I woke up to a bogus charge of a “monthly fee.” I paid for it to get the negative again and requested yet again for them to close my account! The teller then told me she had other customers and to proceed out their lane. How rude these people are is beyond me! I have to wait until Monday when they told me they could today, FRIDAY! Shame on this company forcing me to keep this unwanted bank account!

For you youngins wanting to start a new bank account, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK! I do recommend finding your community credit union tho. They will actually help you build your savings and give you cash back on your debit cards. They are a great source for credit building as well! Arvest however has caused strife between my wife and I because they never enroll us into overdraft when we requested it. After all these transactions that put me in the negative, I paid off the balance due and then demanded for them to close my account. They told my wife and I to wait until the next day, Friday. Today is Friday and they are charging me this absurd “monthly fee.” So now I have to wait on that transaction to close this account. Not only did the banker lady tell my wife and I that we couldn’t dispute that transaction. She told us rudely that she has other customers and to get out of line. I will NEVER recommend this bank til the day I die. CREDIT UNIONS ARE THE WAY!
