My son received a late notice and notice to sell the items in his storage. My son passed away one month ago today. I called to try to retrieve his items. They were less than helpful! Hope they make use of the few items he would have had in there, as opposed to working things out where I could retrieve his few clothing items and pictures of his girls!
This franchise is the worst of the worst!

Sparebox Storage Fayetteville, AR is a big scan. I signed up for one 10 by 10 storage in November last year- This year in January ,I got a job in another state and needed to move out my two bedrooms house into a storage before settling down in another state. I then called the facility to have my initial 10 * 10 unit transferred to a 10*20 because I needed more space. After moving out all my things, I found out that I had a lot more things that I thought of so I decided to keep both units after the 72 hours window. The 2nd Unit was added to my account without insurance coverage without my knowledge. In late March, I got a call from a representative informing me that my uninsured unit was broken into and found wide open. I was out of town and I finally got back sometime around mid-April and what I found on site was alarming. My things were thrown on the floor, my boxes were torn and multiple luggages were stolen. Since there is no camera and security on site, I still don’t have any clue of what happened to my stuffs. I filed a claim to the police and the insurance to be reimbursed which was declined by the insurance company. Sparebox storage management never reached out to me for any explanation, they don’t care what happen to people personal belongings. I can’t wait to get some time off to go move my stuffs out of this terrible place. In my opinion, I believe this was an inside job that’s why they have been covered it up. I lost valuable things , not too sure what they were looking but I am grateful that my documents were untouched. I won’t recommend this company to anyone. Their management is a mess and the third party insurance is a joke, I had to call them every other week to follow up ( they never called back). Overall, they don’t treat people as human- Never wish this experience on anyone.

Super easy process to lease a unit. We did it at the self-service kiosk on site and was able to move items same day. Furnish your own lock or can buy from them for $15 which we did. Thanks to PETRONA for the follow up call to ensure everything went smoothly.
