Went in last March to get a new phone for my wife. The manger informed us about a new BOGO promotion for the S23 and told us we needed to upgrade our grandfathered price to the Magenta Max. She misinformed us about how much we would be paying for the phones and on top of that, put 2 new lines on the plan. I am paying double for my phone bill than i was originally. Tried to dispute it with her and was told there was nothing else I could do about it. Great customer service, right!?

Asked twice if they had any iPhones in stock and they wouldn't tell me. Made me wait like 30 minutes while they scribbled down a bunch of numbers on a piece of paper before they would go look to see if they had any iPhones. They didn't and I wasted 30 minutes of my life.

Every single time, it's one more promise broken. They promise the world when youre spending money, and when you need them, all of a sudden it's a different tune. Over and over again, every single time.Now, I went to buy a new phone, come time to pay, they wouldn't let me out the door until I bought an accessory. Literally a store rule, no new phones can leave the store until you buy an accessory. I said, I don't want an accessory. Well, sorry, you can't buy the phone. This is unethical and shady, just like everytime I'm in there, it's one thing or another like this.

I came there to talk to the woman about my Apple Watch I told her I got it at a different store and she still didn’t want to help me at all. I came there at 5:00pm there were just two girls in there the one with dark eyebrows and long hair.

It's nothing specific to this store, just the company as a whole. We switched service providers in January but continued to get charged through our old account. We couldn't sign into our old account because our phone numbers were no longer associated with it. We were confused because we assumed that everything had been closed out.I couldn't get anyone to help me over the phone because I had lost access to a 6 digit pin and there apparently is no other way to verify my identity except going to a store to update that pin.So I did that. I was told they couldn't update that pin. But they DID tell me that these mystery charges were for two free lines that were a part of a 'promotion' when we signed up. We've never used these lines. We've never needed these lines, but they tacked them onto our account anyways and they've been sitting there for two years free and invisible.When we switched our current numbers to a new service provider, these 'free' lines suddenly started costing money. No one informed us that the free wouldn't also be closed out. And because our numbers are no longer associated with the account we can't log in to the system to have even seen that this was happening!I've been on the phone 4 times and into a store and this is still not resolved. The customer service line tells me to go into a store, the associates at the store tell me to call the customer service line. I'm tired. It's now April and we are out several hundred dollars for being misinformed and completely unhelped.I have been asking about getting that money refunded and was told by T-Mobile, "You should have known about those lines on your account."I am frustrated and feel like this whole thing was a big scam.

Staff was excellent in not only getting you a good deal but didn't try to sell you more than what you were looking for. They were also very friendly and overall just nice and personable. Would recommend this t mobile store if your in the market for a phone or internet service.

I went in to get a new phone and switch over to my fiancés plan from AT&T and the customer service was absolutely amazing! All the workers were super kind and Jaylen made sure to go above and beyond when we ran into problems. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking at getting a new phone or having questions about switching.

Been here twice and Olivia helped us both times. Courteous and straightforward. Answered all our questions and wasn't pushy. Very positive experience. The other guy today seemed friendly and helpful as well.
