Another Sephora, pretty usual. However, actually this location is a much smaller one with so less amount of collections.

This location needs to get it together or close up shop. Almost all of the shelves were at least half empty. I know it’s shortly after Christmas, but stores KNOW that happens every single year and should know to order their stock in advance for it. (I’ve worked retail and everything isn’t going to be on back order keeping them from stocking their stores.) Secondly, as a customer I don’t like being lied to by their staff. I went in there looking for a foundation that was on sale and for a particular lip gloss (which they were out of) When I get to the register with a couple other items the foundation doesn’t ring up at the sale price. When I asked about it I was told it wasn’t on sale anymore even though they still had the signs up for it. I believed her and decided not to get it because it has so-so reviews and I’m not one to take things back often. Well, I went to Rogers looking for the lip gloss. Guess what was on sale at that location and on sale online. The foundation. I’m not ok with being lied to because their staff doesn’t want to deal with a computer glitch. This location has got to be the worst I’ve gone in and I will not go back. This kind of thing is why Sephora is getting a bad rap for having bad customer service in stores.

This isn't the location I typically go to as I'm only in the area when visiting my boyfriend's family. I was surprised that most of the shelves were over half empty when I walked in, but I wanted a foundation that was on sale and in stock as well as a particular lip gloss (which they were out of) I found a couple other items so I decided to get them and check out. Apparently only one of the several employees thought it was necessary to be at the register. That one employee who was working with a lady having problems with her credit card so the line backed up and the rest of the employees were walking around the store. After waiting forever, a second employee walks up with someone who hasn't been waiting in line and proceeds to check her out instead. I end up waiting on that customer who happened to have to have the employee look up her credit card in the computer because she didn't bring it with her. I've worked retail and that is not what you do if you want customers to come back. I FINALLY got to the register with the foundation and a couple of other items. The foundation didn't ring up at the sale price and the second employee told me it wasn't on sale anymore. I accepted it and didn't buy it. I later went to the location in Rogers as I still wanted the lip gloss. Well, I found the lip gloss and I also found out that the employee at this location lied to me about the foundation not being on sale anymore because it was still on sale in Rogers and on the Sephora website. I don't like being lied to because an employee doesn't want to deal with a computer glitch. If an employee at this location happens to read this, know that this kind of thing is why Sephora is getting a bad reputation for having horrible in store customer service.

Went into the store to exchange a $60 foundation with my original receipt and an older caucasian lady said they do not do exchanges or returns after 60 days. I informed her that the return policy on the back of the receipt clearly states that they offer in store credit. She said “no the system doesn't allow us to.†She was looking on the front of the receipt when thats not even where the return policy is located. I asked to speak to the manager and she claimed she was the manager. Which i highly doubt. On top of poor management they can't match your foundation shade to save their life. Go to the sephora in rogers, they are much more helpful!

Worst experience and customer service from management. Called before going in to make sure that my Sephora specific gift card would be accepted here and was told yes. Spent over 30 minutes waiting for an available associate and then another hour getting matched for over $150 in products. Because the two associates working were BRAND new without an experienced coworker, I had to wait twice for another 30 minutes for managers to assist them with ringing up my transaction. After

I have never worn foundation before & Heather matched my color & cleansed my face then primed it & applied the foundation with the best brush I've ever seen it went on so flawless & I now know how to make it look like that myself. So thank you so much Heather for your professionalism & making me feel marvelous! I will definitely be back to see her!

Found a great deal on purses and got excellent service from the ladies there. A better selection than the stores I've seen attached to malls. Definitely going back after the holidays!

I was so pleasantly surprised by my visit to Sephora today, especially after I read some of these reviews. I want to note that I am not really into makeup/beauty. In fact, I walked in without a stitch of makeup on, sweaty from a crazy day of activities, and with a 2-year-old in tow, but I was greeted promptly by one lady who asked what I needed and listened intently, even though she was in the middle of helping someone else. She said she would follow up with me again shortly. Not even a minute or two passed, and another lady, Amber, swooped in and was so incredibly helpful. Long story short, she put me in the chair, recommended a whole regimen of products for my unique skin type, did a color test using this special tool to determine your skin's undertones and shade (this is new technology to me. Again, I know NOTHING about makeup), and started applying the products she recommended with explanations why she choose them each step of the way. In a matter of moments, my face looked so much brighter, even, healthy, yet still natural. My goals! All the while, I never felt judged or embarrassed for my lack of knowledge or disheveled appearance or having my son with me. Can't speak highly enough about Amber, and I just want to thank her for being such a nice human being and making this mama feel pretty today!

Low Rent and Rude! Over the last year, the service has really declined at this location. To be fair, this Penney's is circling the toilet and this mall, in general, has a very low class feel. But, I used to be greeted with polite enthusiasts such as myself and had a very pleasant experience.

They never give me my points when I shop there and are very unhelpful.

I could overlook the rundown store if I scored some great deals but the service is soooooo bad on top of it. Even Sephora here sucks. If I'm going to drop a couple hundred dollars at a time I expect basic customer service, basic human decency. The employees literally just stare at you when you get to the counter. I get better service at the fast food restaurants around the corner. Pretty bad that I get better service for a $10 burger order than a $500 purchase, but whatever. The clientele makes the store unpleasant to shop. Lots of people with children running amok. Loud conversations on the phone. This whole mall is trashy. With trash like broken glass and dirty diapers in the parking lot. Hang on to your money. Buy online. Or spend your money somewhere else. If you don't have anywhere else to go, go early. But if you can spend your money on good service, I recommend that.

The clerks are always super friendly but I was very disappointed today. Everything I wanted was out of stock... one clerk told me that They could order online for me and have I wouldn't have to pay shipping. When I went to check out the clerk at the counter didn't even know what product I was talking about. I asked her if she wanted me to go grab the tester... If you have worked there as long As I know she has, then you should know your product. She then spent about 10-15 minutes looking online for it and then proceeds to tell me that They don't have it. At this point I was so tired of waiting I just said okay and left. I won't be going back for a while.

They were very helpful in helping me find a perfect match of foundation and gave me multiple options to choose from along with other products

I was told I could use a gift card purchased here, online. The girl at POS and another worker seemed positive that I could. Apparently the card isn't valid on the Sepora website. Thanks for nothing...

Your website says the store opens at 11:00 a.m. on Sundays. It turns out you don't. You open at noon on Sundays. I was not the only one fooled. Three cars drove up expecting the store to be open. Get it right! I drove fifteen minutes there and fifteen minutes back. I have better things to do.
