Very nice store clerk. Not pushy whatsoever. Had a big selection of designer fragrances for both women and men. All of the fragrances had sample bottles for you to try out the product. I like that the staff doesn’t hover over you and keep suggesting products that you’re not interested in. This is where I go in Northwest Arkansas to try out new designer fragrances.

Large two story building. I bought men's pants. My wife did not buy anything. The clerks are friendly and helpful.

I LOVE Sephora! Typically I buy their hair products online, which smell really good, but this time I tried their eyebrow pencil. Even though their makeup is a little pricey, it is worth every cent! ?❤ My go-to eyebrow pencil that I have been using for the past 4 years was discontinued at a completely different store, and I had been on the hunt for something similar with absolutely no luck-- everywhere I tried it was like either the pencil was so waxy that it was like trying to draw with a candle or it was so oily that it was like putting lipstick on your eyebrows, needless to say they all hit the trash can ? I decided to check out Sephora's line of eyebrow pencils, and I am soooooo glad that I did! Although I wish they kept a much larger inventory at this particular location, they did have exactly the brand and shade that I was looking for when I walked in. I bought Sephora's Anastasia eyebrow pencil, costed $25, and fell in love with it immediately after using it ??? It's high quality and it's not waxy or oily, plus it stays sharp for the most part while applying. I didnt have to sharpen it but only once and it didnt take much to sharpen it either ? It's a powder based pencil and it just glides on. I'm officially sold for life!!! ???

The people know what they're doing and have a bunch of knowledge about what they're selling.

Good selection and an oasis in an otherwise somewhat bleak store. The attendant was amazing! Very helpful.

Another Sephora, pretty usual. However, actually this location is a much smaller one with so less amount of collections.

This location needs to get it together or close up shop. Almost all of the shelves were at least half empty. I know it’s shortly after Christmas, but stores KNOW that happens every single year and should know to order their stock in advance for it. (I’ve worked retail and everything isn’t going to be on back order keeping them from stocking their stores.) Secondly, as a customer I don’t like being lied to by their staff. I went in there looking for a foundation that was on sale and for a particular lip gloss (which they were out of) When I get to the register with a couple other items the foundation doesn’t ring up at the sale price. When I asked about it I was told it wasn’t on sale anymore even though they still had the signs up for it. I believed her and decided not to get it because it has so-so reviews and I’m not one to take things back often. Well, I went to Rogers looking for the lip gloss. Guess what was on sale at that location and on sale online. The foundation. I’m not ok with being lied to because their staff doesn’t want to deal with a computer glitch. This location has got to be the worst I’ve gone in and I will not go back. This kind of thing is why Sephora is getting a bad rap for having bad customer service in stores.

This isn't the location I typically go to as I'm only in the area when visiting my boyfriend's family. I was surprised that most of the shelves were over half empty when I walked in, but I wanted a foundation that was on sale and in stock as well as a particular lip gloss (which they were out of) I found a couple other items so I decided to get them and check out. Apparently only one of the several employees thought it was necessary to be at the register. That one employee who was working with a lady having problems with her credit card so the line backed up and the rest of the employees were walking around the store. After waiting forever, a second employee walks up with someone who hasn't been waiting in line and proceeds to check her out instead. I end up waiting on that customer who happened to have to have the employee look up her credit card in the computer because she didn't bring it with her. I've worked retail and that is not what you do if you want customers to come back. I FINALLY got to the register with the foundation and a couple of other items. The foundation didn't ring up at the sale price and the second employee told me it wasn't on sale anymore. I accepted it and didn't buy it. I later went to the location in Rogers as I still wanted the lip gloss. Well, I found the lip gloss and I also found out that the employee at this location lied to me about the foundation not being on sale anymore because it was still on sale in Rogers and on the Sephora website. I don't like being lied to because an employee doesn't want to deal with a computer glitch. If an employee at this location happens to read this, know that this kind of thing is why Sephora is getting a bad reputation for having horrible in store customer service.

Went into the store to exchange a $60 foundation with my original receipt and an older caucasian lady said they do not do exchanges or returns after 60 days. I informed her that the return policy on the back of the receipt clearly states that they offer in store credit. She said “no the system doesn't allow us to.†She was looking on the front of the receipt when thats not even where the return policy is located. I asked to speak to the manager and she claimed she was the manager. Which i highly doubt. On top of poor management they can't match your foundation shade to save their life. Go to the sephora in rogers, they are much more helpful!

Worst experience and customer service from management. Called before going in to make sure that my Sephora specific gift card would be accepted here and was told yes. Spent over 30 minutes waiting for an available associate and then another hour getting matched for over $150 in products. Because the two associates working were BRAND new without an experienced coworker, I had to wait twice for another 30 minutes for managers to assist them with ringing up my transaction. After

I have never worn foundation before & Heather matched my color & cleansed my face then primed it & applied the foundation with the best brush I've ever seen it went on so flawless & I now know how to make it look like that myself. So thank you so much Heather for your professionalism & making me feel marvelous! I will definitely be back to see her!

Found a great deal on purses and got excellent service from the ladies there. A better selection than the stores I've seen attached to malls. Definitely going back after the holidays!
