Ill save the long and drawn out review for Ridout. The customer service here is next to nothing. Management does not return phone calls or emails, will not ever put the customer first and only operates because of contractors in the area. You are better off going to Home Depot and finding the supplies yourself than giving this "business" any of your business.

Been there twice and not impressed as I received no customer service. Last time was in the place and asked for an item was told it was out in the yard. IOW; "Go find it yourself"

Great customer service!!! A special call out to Rod Simons who didn’t hesitate to correct a minor issues. These days good customer service is getting harder and harder to find so I will definitely use Ridout again in the future for my remodeling needs.

I ordered a few interior doors and was told it will be sent in and would be in a week. Called a week later and said they would check on it, no return call to explain status. Called a week later again and the salesperson I talked to was not in. Left a message, never received a phone call. A month has passed and another excuse of "I was in the hospital" at that time my patience was running out and gave him another chance. Let's just say, 2 months later and still nothing. Their lost, since I work with one of the biggest rental properties in NWA. I could put his name on here, but I'm not going to stoop that low.

The best sales and service team, the best prices on flooring. We looked there first and then wasted the day looking at other places. Nobody else could come close to their prices. Go to Rideout and save your money and get taken care correctly!!

These guys have great prices, but I’ve had to wait on either prep or delivery several times with them. They’ll promise it’ll be ready for pick up or delivered early morning and then we won’t get it until late afternoon sometimes even the next day. I get it that sometimes things don’t work out, but I’ve had to waste several man hours on their broken promises. I don’t appreciate being lied to and I don’t appreciate that they don’t care when they have not been able to follow through. There was no resolution, just told me that’s the way it was. I will not be going here again. Ridiculous.
