Lots of stuff to look at, but unfortunately, the customer service is lacking to say the least. Employees were extremely rude, not helpful, rolling at each other and the other customers. I will now drive to the Rogers Plato‘s closet If I need to go to Plato‘s closet, rather than the one that’s five minutes from my house. The owner or manager should definitely reevaluate their staff. If I owned this business and my staff acted and treated customers the way that they did I would want to know. So hopefully the owners of this establishment will take this information and do something with it like fire your whole staff. Will not return to that store and tell everybody I know how horrible it is. By the other reviews, it looks like a lot of people might already know how horrible it is.

Don’t waste your time going here to sell clothes. I brought in two baskets with lots of nice stuff, and they took about 5 minutes and didn’t take anything because “they were overstocked and it was out of season stuff” I had lots of winter stuff and it’s mid November. It was all plus size clothes and they hardly ever take anything plus size, they have the most atrocious inventory for bigger people.

This store has a great selection of clothing. Unfortunately a large majority of the employees here are lacking customer service skills. Eye rolling, sighing, and overall bad attitudes towards other employees and customers is a short list of what to expect when shopping here. Assistance Manager, Shelby has exhibited this multiple times along with an employee named Haley. Owner should re-evaluate staffing.

Writing this review after what I witnessed shopping yesterday: For whatever reason a lady was screaming at the employees upfront and slamming her items on their counter making a huge scene. Love this store and a great selection! The girls at this store are always helpful, even when the store is overwhelmed with customers. One of the best 2nd hand stores in NWA, don’t let any of the Karen’s on these reviews fool you!

This place is over priced for a thrift store. Experience there was awful; tried to sell a few things and the girl at the front was very rude when we first tried to get help. We didn’t know how their selling process worked (first time selling clothes to them) and I tried to ask what I should do. She was very rude and rolled her eyes when I asked where to bring the basket. They were a little busy but for 9 girls being behind the counter and only two registers open…….. there was no excuse for being short or rude with me. There were clothes on the floor throughout the store being sorted and prepared to be hung up but they were blocking isles. Just very messy and we weren’t able to look very much just an uncomfortable place. Rather give my clothes to goodwill than try to go back here.

The buys are so particular that you can take in some items one day and not a single one will be taken and take in the same exact items and they'll give you 30 bucks. The amount of stuff they take does not equate to the money they give you.The staff is incredibly rude and not helpful at all. The prices are also way too high for a second hand store. Also heard that this company is not a good one to support, if you're in town looking for a similar vibe, Cheap Thrills or Beautiful Lives are both good businesses to support.

BEWARE: BODY SHAMINGWorker told me my items were way too small to purchase!!! In front of customers checking OUT!!Went in yesterday to sell clothes! It's fine a girl about 5'3 with glasses worked Sunday shift said we unfortunately didn't get any of your items.. but to continue to say because I was too small and they don't take small items and to try Roger's. I am xs,s and wear a 1-3 jean, with the height of 5'2, I am not as small as she rudely said. I see many 12 yr girls go in there needing small things. When I go in there all I see is cute M or L/XL tops but never S and a bunch of 9-10 size womens shoes. The Small is rarely stalked. So to be rudely told they don't execpt SMALL IS BEYOND ME. NEXT TIME DO BETTER AND JUST SAY "Roger's may need your things in stalk. Unfortunately we have to pass on your cute items." Something along those lines would just be kinder than to BODY SHAME.

Waist of time. No customer service whatsoever. I took a lot of clothes and shoes that I was certain they would buy do to the brand and style. Instead, they bought two shorts that were right at the top of my bin and not bother to even look at anything else. They were doing this to everyone's bins that were coming in while i was there. I came in early enough to make sure they had time to look through my stuff in case they were busy. It is disrespectful that we as customers take our time to look through our closet so we can go sell our things and at the same time spend more money in there than what we will get in return and the employees don't do there job.

If you're 19, anorexic, and only want to wear tube tops then this is the place for you. For the rest of us, Goodwill has much better clothes and prices for like, normal people

I've gotten very tired of wasting my time here too. Ive noticed that they will have 20 of the exact same shoe NWT, so they must buy put pallets, or get clearance items donated by Walmart or target, b/c the multiples are always super ugly or tacky styles. Concerning their used merchandise, they will have the dirtiest, raggedy items incredibly over-priced, but they never actually *buy* anything!! The first time I went, a few yrs ago, they bought 8 or 9 items. 2nd time, 3 items. I chalked it up to me being in my 30s so perhaps my clothes weren't "cool" enough? Last year, I brought in 8 or 9 totes, these were trendy or timeless items, that were all either like new or nwt items. I called ahead & asked what they were currently buying. I only brought those categories. They bought nothing & quite obviously didn't even look thru the totes. These items were not mine but my daughter's & very on trend. I just took up 3 totes. Condition of the clothing was NWT or nwot. Nothing used. Shoes & purses were new or like new. I had 16 excellent condition Coach bags, 2 Mark Jacobs bags, a Dooney & Burke bag, Seven, Miss Me, & Rockin ReublicjeNs & shorts, Nike, under armor, AEO, H&M, Hollister, pair of Uggs & an authentic Gucci purse!! Again not 1 item. What a silly waste of time? I won't go back again, to sell OR buy

Courteous staff that helped me with my questions. I'm a 58-year-old male, and I can find like new clothes and shoes at a fraction of the cost no sticker shock.
