Tried to get some things printed for a wedding…we had a jump drive that was a USB-C…they did not have an adapter or a computer that could receive the jump drive…it’s 2023…this is inexcusable for an office supply store. Don’t waste your time here.

The lady that was there was helpful, however the glass doors now have a rechargeable magnet which was dead. How about a key? How about charging your equipment and it's back ups? Sometimes the new age stuff is not sufficient. Therefore we had to wait to get the item which took longer than worth waiting. This is a sale prevention issue. We decided to walk out and go elsewhere. Disappointing.

Today, Wednesday 6/12 about 3:00 PM, I entered your store and proceeded to the back of the store to the furniture area. I was in the store with the intention to buy a 5 shelf white oak book case. In the past I had purchased 2 of these in different woods and was well pleased with how they stood up. There was no one in the area so I waited for a while and shortly another customer arrived with an associate in tow. I waited my turn to talk to the associate. When they were finished, they departed separate ways and I was ignored by the associate. I moved to an area where the office desks are and was very visible (I thought) for I could see almost the entire store, including several associates. No associate entered my general area that I might gain his/her attention. I waited several minutes (it seemed like forever) and decided that surely I am invisible, so I proceeded to the front of the store and was not noticed by anyone as I left. Being invisible, I was expecting too much by hoping to be noticed so I apologize for taking up your floor space. No reply is necessary for I cannot expect your people to notice anyone who is invisible. Robert, the invisible old man,

My Epsom printer failed shortly after 1 year of service. I had purchased a wty, so I called Office Depot. They told me to bring it in. I came in carrying the printer (I'm 68 and it was a duplexer style) and no one offered to assist. When I got it to the service counter, they asked why I had brought it in. I explained that I was told to. They were unable to do anything but sell me cleaning sheets. I explained that I had purchased a wty and they said that I needed to contact Square Trade if the cleaning sheets didn't work. I said that I paid $170 for the printer, but the wty they put on at the counter was for 89.99. They assured me that I would be reimbursed for the cost of the machine, not the cost of the machine minus the $80 rewards applied to it. They let me carry the printer back out without offering assistance - even with the door. The sheets didn't work, so I contacted Square Trade. They decided the printer could not be fixed and reimbursed me $89.99. I lost not only the money I spent on the cleaning sheets and $78 worth of ink, but the $80 rewards bonus as well. I used to love Office Depot, but their rewards program is misleading at best. I took the money I received and went to Best Buy. They assisted me in loading the new printer and they appeared to know what they were talking about.

I had stopped at the FedEx Office down the street 5 minutes before closing tonight and they didn't want to help me. I got to this Office Depot at apprx. 8:59. Not only did they help me but they didn't give me any attitude at all. The young red-headed lady in the print shop was very helpful, positive and friendly. You guys really helped me out today as this was urgent to me!!!

Went to Office Depot today to have four books spiral bound. I had anticipated leaving my items just because I have two years experience in the copy and print at another office supply store that will remain nameless. As the print manager takes my order, I ask about picking up my order around 2 hours later. He flat out said No. At first I couldn't tell if he was joking or just being a really big jerk. Yea, it was the latter of the two. I then say "since I'm not going to be on this side of town after this evening, how about I just stopped by and if they're complete, their complete". He then says, you can pick it up around 9 tonight because I've got this order and that order and ppl swarming us. ( I was one of two ppl at the counter, but hey I know they did just spend the past hour after 3 taking orders, that's just how it is) I say, "I understand that". I should have been more accretive, but honesty thought better of it because I have been in his shoes. ALTHOUGH, in my two years of copy and print work did I flat out say NO to a costumer or offer a solution that wasn't an obvious "I will call you when I call you" type is answer. Instead of NO it should have been more like, "actually we have several orders ahead of you, looks like it will be around 9 tonight at the earliest." Same info just not being a complete ass about it. If the management wants to call me, go for it!! Not to mention their bathrooms were horrible! They stunk, had two discolored nasty looking seats, the soap dispenser didn't work, and/or the paper towel dispenser didn't work. They had pump soap out and a loan roll of paper towel on the counter....

OK, so the manager with the full facial hair lacks a little common sense and their prices can almost always be beat (thought they will match local businesses) and their return policy is the WORST I've ever seen, the floor staff are VERY friendly, and some of them are VERY informed. Granted, I usually go there after work in a tank top and shorts, but I don't need to be watched like I'm going to grab a computer and run like a bat out of Tontitown! Particularly since I'm in my 40's, clean cut, and am a regular.. and have never stolen from them in the past either!! ;) Not to mention, based on my attire, I have nowhere to hide something. Anyways, i go there since I live closer to them than Office Max. I prefer Office Max SIMPLY due to their return policy.

Hooray, I have a new laptop carrying backpack. My old one was starting to look a lot worse for wear, as it tends to carry about a metric ton of laptops and papers and pens. I need a new one that a) isn't expensive, b) doesn't have too many pockets that hide my stuff and c) looks good. Office Depot also has all the office supplies you need to manipulate paper and electrons. Copier paper, printer paper, pens and pencils and markers, notebooks, calendars, paper clips and staplers. And a wide variety of office furniture, laptops and desktop computers. They'll also help you with making copies and there is a UPS counter in the store for easy shipping. OD also does mail order, though I've never tried it.
