I wish I was able to give more than five stars because there was a young lady she was an amazing had great customer service and she had all the answers to my questions I would recommend this place 100% especially the young lady her name was Kayla but everybody else there is amazing to but I recommend Kayla because she's the person I had pleasure to help me out and she didn't help me out with things she didn't have to if you need a storage place or if you need to get a U-Haul I would recommend Levi's Storage Center

My friend and I frantically needed a U-Haul, drove around town for a while and ended up at Levi Storage. Kayla ended up taking the best care of our needs and found exactly what we had been looking for! She was personable and just an amazing help!!

Amazing U-Haul place in Fayetteville that helped us out of a bind when we needed a trailer. These fantastic staff wanted to help others, and it shows. Their tact and talent when dealing with very stressed people were helpful and necessary in this situation!

Called a day prior to check availability on a car dolly. Was told I could pick up when they opened at 8:00, no reservation needed. 8:25 rolled around the next morning, no employees in sight. Went to the UHaul in springdale to rent the dolly.

I m not to give goin to give a post when can't give a bias appionon this time. But i can truly say. They But I wish they could and be straight with their customers. Locked me out for since august last year. Was paid full and still had no access to after requesting in to the storage to get my (everything I had left in the world.). Stuff removed once and for all. But they Since times for work at night was supposed to be after my off hours ok they said up front. And it was temperature controlled. (Paid the price of tc. But the temp during last summer was not below 98 degrees I promise you. Not even close me and my husband had to take a load after his work at 3 am to storage. Seen time at retractable door. of entrane said now times was from 9 am to 8pm. Now. . then they changed our code and still never received a newborn old access code. They haven't been straight with us since I had my 3 stroke as leaving paralyzed on one side. Still trying to get memory, movement back into my right side. But they never sent but two updated correctly printed out a exceptable or accurate monthly statent showing ehst they had received in receipts.payments like most statements . still have not.

In Spring of 2022, the entire indoor storage facility flooded. I understand that weather events occur, but no one reached out to make the renters aware of the event. We lost family memorbilia, valuables, furniture, etc. not due to the water, but due to the fact we didn't know it had occurred and by the time we found out about it on our own, many things were destroyed. How does ownership not notify you that your storage bay flooded so that you can go and clean, dry and save your belongings? There was no insurance available and they wouldn't even give us the documentation about the event needed to file proper claims with our homeowners insurance. Feel free to use this facility if you own things that are waterproof and you don't need any level of service or customer support.

This place has been here for years and I have never rented anything from them so I can't do five stars cuz I don't know if they do a good job on their rentals of U-Hauls which they do have there, or if their storage units are any good cuz I haven't seen one but they have storage units there. Sure of the prices or anything like that but I do know that there is someone in the office usually a few days a week if not five I'm not sure and every time I've gone into Chase my dog they've been very nice.
