I’m not sure why there are so many rude posts about this location. Happy to have this location near my home.

The service is really really horrible. They need a friendlier staff. And they are very racial. I was discriminated against because I am a white person. I don't think this is right by any means.

I’ve given this location 3 opportunities, but I will not go back. You have the absolute rudest cashier. Long braids, won’t get off her stool and talks down to you. Unbelievable. I left and went to the E-Z mart down the street and made sure they knew how awful their competition is. This is so unfortunate for your business

The employees rude to the point of leaving a review for a gas station lol. I live nearby and past 4 times I’ve gone to this location their interactions with customers (not just myself) were absolutely insufferable . Each time it’s been the girl with braids. Making fun of customers when they leave to other customers, nasty to customers then provoking a one in front of me then kicking her out when she stood up to her as she should . The shorter girl with braids is just nasty.

I came into the store to get a drink with my wife, i had my ESA (Emotional Support Animal, that has tags saying his name and therapy dog on his vest) into this facility and immediately was discriminated and told to get out by the associate. The associate threatened to call the cops if if he didnt leave rite that second. All because the dog was talking to us as we came in. (hes a Husky, they talk.)When we told them that we had ESA documents from his doctor saying hes a working dog thats is certified. Then a random customer buts in bringing to everyone's attention that she's writes ESA letters all day and thats not a service animal that my husband was lying. (ESA-Emotional Support Animal, if that lady does help people giving them ESA letters then she would have known that this person has some issues and not to make a big scene, escalating the situation and blowing it WAAAAY out of proportion yelling and making it worse and even more stressful to someone that already having problems.

The kindest employees that GO out of their way to help with anything! They helped me fix a flat tire and made a discount happen even though I made the mistake! Fantastic people! 9:27am 1/4/23 the ladies and gentleman were phenomenal! On 12/30/22 Mark helped me with a flat tire and offered a free coffee when I was stuck waiting for help that never arrived over night!Try going to a store in Tulsa and they don't even look at you or greet you! ????

Today at approximately 12:30 I entered the Kum & Go at the intersection of College & Township in Fayetteville, AR. I selected two fountain type drinks. Upon paying for my drinks I accidentally left my wallet on the counter. I vividly remember pulling my wallet out to pay. It’s the only place I keep cash, so it had to come out of my pocket. While making my purchase I noticed two Kum & Go regular employees standing directly behind me. There was no one else in the store.
I leave the store and halfway home (about a 4 minute drive) I realize that I left my wallet on the counter. I immediately return to the store and inquire about the wallet. The employees are rude and unsympathetic and tell me that they can’t review the video footage at the cash register without a police report and the police being there. I call the police, they show up. The employees won’t let the police review the footage either (The Fayetteville police think this is super shady). They say we can review it on Tuesday when the district manager shows up.
I live 3 hours away in Little Rock. Ok. It’s credit cards and $500 cash. No big deal. But you making me wait till Tuesday and bring the police back to the store then to review the footage and miss two days of work is absolutely ridiculous. I seriously encourage you to remedy this problem prior to Tuesday. On Tuesday if the super secret video footage does show your employees taking my wallet I will be seeking compensation well beyond the value of wallet and contents. Until then I will sit in a Fayetteville hotel incurring expenses that I will demand compensation for.
