Great customer service (particular recognition to Rick and Colby). Also, it is always worth pointing out when someone "leaves it like they found it". My wheel has a funky paint finish that I was a little nervous about. Their guys did a tire swap-out for me today and you couldn't tell that anybody even touched the wheel. That always deserves special recognition, especially since they are so competitive on price. Great work.

We had a flat tire while on a family trip and these guys took quick care of our problem for a very, very fair and honest price!

I had a flat tire with a slow leak and needed it fixed. I had my kiddos with me and my husband was at work. They didn’t make me wait long at all and let me and my kids stay in the vehicle while they fixed it! ? super sweet people!!! We will definitely use them again!

Almost $100 to get my tires balanced and two of them remounted and rotated from one side to the other due to a camber issue. They only balanced two of my tires and the other two were rotated from front to back, not side to side like I asked. When I went to rotate them myself I noticed that the drivers side lugs were very loose and the passenger side was over torqued bad.. They also kept one of my center caps and I had to go back and get it. They kept one of my nice valve stem caps too for some reason. On the plus side at least they didnt scratch my rims.

I’ve been taking my 2011 Honda Pilot here for a few years now, after the dealership told me the repairs would be too much money and it was time to buy a new car. A friend recommended HR Tire. I’ve dealt with a lot of mechanics in my life all over the country and these guys are as honest and as straightforward as they come. I have never once felt like I’m being ripped off or sold something I didn’t need. If they are not 100% sure about an issue, they say so. But they find out. I went in once with ann AC issue afraid that it would cost me a thousand dollars after some digging they said the problem was an easy fix and charged me nothing. I live in Springdale, and it’s a bit of a trek to get there (probably passing a hundred other mechanics on the way) but peace of mind is worth the drive. I won’t go anywhere else.
