I tried to come in today around 1pm to purchase Mario RPG, Mario Wonder, a controller and a few other things. Upon entering was told they were closing for an hour. No problem. 8 other places to shop for games. I picked Vintage Stock. Will next time.

I was in last week with my son, we were there to buy the new playstation. The first thing the associate said was that she didn't have any used ones and told me the price. Although this may not have been intentional, starting our shopping experience with a presumptuous statement is not positive and implies that the associate assumes we can not afford a product. Going forward, it would be helpful to ask future customers clarifying questions like "are you looking to buy used or new?" After which you can wait until you close the transaction and let the customer decide if they can afford the product. Most customers are fully aware of the price before entering the store. Thank you.

Literally just went to buy a controller and they took FOREVER checking everyone out. The employees will just talk and hold up the line!! Just going to buy online from Amazon from now on. Peace ✌️

They did not tell us that we needed to transfer all data from old switch to new switch. My son now has to start all of his games all over.

I'm giving the store a five only because the person working Chris was amazing. There were at least 20 people in the store when I came in and he went out of his way to help me and my husband with a return. There was one other employee there (Jonathan) and he wasn't helping at all. Chris got through the long line and helped each customer during the process. Employees like they are rare and should be appreciated. I will be coming back due to his great personality and customer service. Thank you Chris. I appreciated all your hard work.

GameStop somehow continues to exist. I found the staff working at the time to be abrasive and annoying, but I doubt any employee works there very long. I like buying the clearance items that they have, and it is something that can only be done in the store. I was also impressed with the PC accessories and hardware they had. They didn't have the game that I wanted but I still bought it and it arrived at my home in the mail only 2 days later. So, the store is not terrible, but I do not really enjoy being there. It is not a very inviting place.

Waited in line 45 mins today this store needs serious help one employee was trying to help a 15 person line only 30 mins after opening the poor guy even called his district manager for help and no one showed up just shows how scumbag of a company it is also not to mention after waiting for 45 mins in like they didn’t even have the game in stock someone wanted to buy

Nathan is the best! He never fails to give great advice and always remembers me when I come in to the store. He's very funny and friendly. Honestly, I shop here because of him.
