Forever 21 got rid of their plus size section (despite it being small as is), because “it wasn’t selling.” Is a response I got in store, verbatim. It’s hard enough finding plus size clothing for young women. Absolute disappointment.

Covid has made everything weird but I like the staff at this store. They are tight on staff due to the situation but I always find help when needed. I will continue to go back for my daughters clothes for fair pricing. We have had great luck with their jeans as well.

So disappointed!!! They’re not friendly and not helpful!!! The manager seems she is not happy working there to help customer. Then why she does ?
