These guys are Amazing! I was able to get a same day move with them into a 2-story home…Awesome crew and courteous…they went out of their way to make sure everything was right with me…I highly recommend family and friends!!

They literally showed up 5 1/2hrs late, tried to say I had bed bugs and didn't want to move the little bit that I had left to move, said I would receive a discount for being so late. He took $10 off and charged me for an entire hours worth of work that they didn't do. I asked for money back the next day because I was overcharged and moved 90% of it myself because of how late they showed up and was told no. I will continue to leave bad reviews for his dishonesty and poor customer service. I was beyond overcharged. They sat in the truck for 20 mins before they even started driving to the new location to try to drag it out. One of the workers, who said I had bugs completely lost it in my apartment parking lot. Unprofessional on ALL levels. My time wasn't respected, the worker was screaming and yelling in my parking lot causing a scene, and they overcharged. Don't waste your time or your money. Pay someone else the extra $25hr to not deal with the headache, pay for the hours they ACTUALLY work, and show up on time.

I was in a bind on Saturday and got Discount Movers to come out on Sunday afternoon. Their price was quite a bit better than several of the other movers I called. They worked steadily and efficiently and got my move done in the 2-hour time frame.

We had an appointment for 10 am on July 10th. We were contacted at 9ish that the movers were going to be late due to previous job. Fine we get it and understand. Was told Noon, then noon rolls around and we have heard nothing. We texted asking for ETA...dead air. We called and was told movers still held up at previous job and pushing back to 2 pm. 2 pm rolls around and no update. Finally get an update around 2:30ish to be told gps say 35 mins away. 3 pm comes and nothing. 3:07 call and ask where are they? Told 7 mins out...3:30 and they finally show up. Mind you at this point we have already been told that we would get a discount for being so late from our appointment. At this point we have basically moved everything ourselves except the big furniture. The guys proceeded to take there time moving things. All in all it took only about an hour maybe hour and half to move everything. Then we are charged so much with barely a "discount". We had a $50 deposit, only "1.5 hrs" of actual labor at $150 an hour, then only given a $10 discount. 1.5 x $150= $225 - $50(deposit) - $10(discount) = $165. We paid $240 for late service and us moving most of our stuff. Will not suggest them or their service to anyone. After the fact we were told a 2 hr minimum charge.

These guys are awesome! Great demeanor, even when it came to moving the really heavy awkward stuff. Professional and inexpensive. Definitely use these guys!

They got the job done in a timely manner. They kept us well informed on move in date. Best priced out of all of movers in Fayetteville. I would highly recommend to all of my friends that are in the need of movers.

Not reliable at all! We tried to use them to move my daughter and we wasted 6 hours waiting for them to show up. Every time we called William, he lied to us and told us that they were on their way. They were supposed to be there that morning and never showed up; so, at the end of the day, we had to get another moving company. I would not recommend them to anyone unless you have time that you want to waste waiting on movers who do not honor their commitments to their customers. I would score them 0 stars.

These guys are most professional, can handle just about anything in your home. They are careful and communicate very effectively. They were prompt coupled with big smiles. These guys go on my permanent list of helpers. That’s William in the photo, I call him “Prince” for some reason!

Oh my gosh. The sweetest men. We had them come help us unpack our truck when moved from Idaho to Arkansas. So professional sweet. Just the nicest guys. They did an amazing job as well.

booked them for 10AM today, they didn’t show until 245. Told me I’d get a discount for them not arriving on schedule. The whole moving process took 3 hours and they charged me 650 dollars. They originally quoted me 150/hr. I asked where the discount was, he said he ‘took off 30 minutes’ and it included taxes. First time ever using a ‘moving company’, and definitely won’t be using them again. . If I hadn’t of taken half of my belongings to the parking lot while I was waiting for them, it would’ve taken even longer. The service I received today was not worth it, highly recommend using a legitimate moving company.

These guys are awesome! Came out with hardly any notice, and helped me with a very small job that most didn’t want to do. Courteous and respectful of property and myself. Highly recommend them!!!
