This is a fantastic business, owner, workers. They came to our house after hours, worked for hours and solved our problems with our central vac. They were knowledgeable, experienced, and professional.Would never use anyone else- very very highly recommend to anyone.

Owner is very nice and knowledgeable. He does a great job and cleaned up the older Electrolux that I inherited from Mom inside and out! It works like charm now and I'm super happy!

Such a nice owner. I was getting bags for my little canister vacuum cleaner and ask about one of his and he literally took the time and explained the intire thing. What the parts were made out of and just the quality in general and I know if I could afford it I would have bought one that day..He's the only place I go to get bags for both my vaccs.

I brought in my brother’s Dyson vacuum to be repaired but the owner said he wouldn’t repair it (or any “disposable” vacuum.) He was very nice & knowledgable but wanted to sell his vacuums & said he would only repair the type he was selling. So- don’t waste your time dragging your Dyson, Shark or other plastic type-what he’d call “disposable” vacuum- he won’t fix it. Just a heads up to save you time.

The guy is very knowledgeable about vacuums. I go to him for help all the time. I purchased a "throw away" vacuum from walmart and had multiple problems with it. He told me exactly the problems and how to fix it all for a very reasonable price. It now works better than when I bought it! I asked if the vacuum was right for the jobs I needed it to do and he explained to me the many different features of the types of vacuums. I had no idea it was that much, but he was happy to help and very patient with me. I would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting a vacuum or I need of repairs!

Called about repair for two different vacuums, trivial issues in both cases, and he was already telling me on the phone of all the issues there could be. I mean really in one case it just needed a belt which I ended up changing myself. Felt I was being set up before I even came in to the idea that I would need a new cleaner. The smart thing would be to build up some good will by just fixing the vacs. Had to go farther to find someone who was going to be square (or at least positive) with me.

Dennis only sells quality products. I have owned an entry Riccar vacuum for over a year and it has held up with incredible durability. He takes the effort to treat you as more than a customer and this is essential to me. Superb in most every way. Price is fair but expectedly higher than disposable/commercial vacuums.
