Does a good job. Can they move the tip stand over about a foot. It is so close to my car it almost hits my car. Then they need to be responsible for fixing my car when it happens. I'm about to cancel my memberships. "Plural"

Zero Stars!!! 2 locations in Fayetteville, AR (Crossover Rd & 260 E Joyce BLVD) have severely damaged my car. Please note this is a very nice car, or was. I’ve ran my car thru these washes for many years, no problems. When it changed to Club Car Wash and revamped it peeled the clear coat/paint off of my hood and trunk. I have pictures but there’s nowhere to post them.I’m now having to get estimates for a total paint repair job for my ruined, jankedy car that I’m now embarrassed to drive, even tho it’s a nice Mercedes. My first estimate is $8,236.73. Of which, full coverage insurance does NOT cover. Apparently I have to have the entire car repainted to fix this damage. I’ve been investigating and posting about this, while waiting for CCW to contact me… I have since found many more people that are going thru the same thing as they have had their vehicles damaged, with no contact or help from CCW. I will update this post again when I have an update, in case this can help anyone else.

I took my Tahoe through for the first time and I had to hit my brakes multiple times out of fear of hitting the truck in front of me. At one point I was barely a foot away from them and feared the car behind me was going to hit me. When I stopped to vacuum out my car I noticed streaks of soap still down the back. If you have a boxier car, I wouldn’t recommend going.

Single carwash is pricey, but if you do the monthly plan, it's only 5 dollars a week for one wash. It's unlimited car washes, has great vacuums, detailing rags, and windex. WORTH IT!!

Do not go if your car is 7 or more years old. The soap that they use will stain and damage your cars paint and they won’t cover it cause your car is “too old”. Only took one trip through to damage my car.

The staff is always really nice. And I think since they have redone this car wash and it is now the brand that it is, they do a fantastic job of cleaning. And the vacuums they have on site are wonderful. They have a lot of suction. I did the monthly subscription of $10 a month for 3 months and so I chose the most expensive package for the $10. But after my 3 months I will downgrade back to their basic package. Just because I continue to only want to pay $10 a month and don't want to go up in price because I cannot always get to the car wash. But I would definitely recommend this place

Great car wash. The pre wash team gets the tires/hard stuff, then the car wash does it's job. Nice facility/appearance.

I used the car wash that's behind Taco Bell on Joyce Blvd. My old 2006 Dodge Stratus was looking good after the wash and I highly recommend Club Car Wash.
