Unable to get assistance. No one answers the phone. Transferred to a chat bot for over 45 min. All the information that I received were generic answers. Get it together Best Buy. I will be doing my shopping on Amazon from now on. They at least have live agents to talk to.

My experience was ruined by trying to get a new head unit in my car. Went back several times and issue was not resolved.The techs were very polite and tried their best although I believe BestBuy did not properly train them for their job. So geek squad bosses and best buy were a huge dissapointment.Can't speak for the rest of the store.

Two very friendly ladies were so very helpful when I was looking at the different Ring cameras available trying to figure out which ones we wanted to use. They showed me how they would work and function and were a big part of helping us make the right decision for what we needed. We were very happy with their quickness to help us with everything we had questions about.

Stopped in without an appointment to seek help from the Geek Squad with a new iPhone. They were so gracious and helpful. They fixed my issue in less than a minute.

AWFUL, WORST BUSINESS EVER Went in to get an apple car played installed, paid over 500 dollars only to have to the wrong parts delivered and the unit not being able to be installed the first time. And the second time I come in to pick up my "fully functional" car play, I pick up my car and the audio isn't working, no bluetooth, my rear view camera has been disconnected and isn't functioning. Never trust Best Buy with your car, you will regret it for the rest of your life. Save your time and your money, if I could go back in time, I would. -102749284/10

Wonderful customer service several times. They took my old printer and gave me a discount coupon for a new one. Part of the deal. Previous they priced matched an item. Great customer service. Why I keep coming back.

Went in to buy 26 MacBook Pros for my marketing agency and the salesman was absolutely awful. He was standing around by the computers and I asked if he could help me and he said “with what” and I said “I need to buy some computers” and he motioned for me to show him which one I wanted. We went over and I told him which ones I wanted and he said “we don’t have the M1 chip” in a super rude tone of voice. I said “that’s the one I was looking at unfortunately...” and instead of offering to order them for me online he said “alright” and literally walked away... never even offered to order them for me online. I told the security guard while walking out and pointed him out- he needs to be fired. Best Buy just missed out on a $50,000 sale. This is why Best Buy is failing and I will never go there again.

I went in there trying to find a wireless charging battery pack because I'm about to be on the road for a long time. One of the employees was very helpful with finding it for me and a few moments later I was looking at the phone and thinking of upgrading, and the same employee helped me with that too, offering to apply for a best buy card, and even answered every question I had while going through every detail to make sure I was confused on absolutely nothing.
