I highly recommend Arkansas Self-Storage in Fayetteville. Edwina was super helpful and always available. She provided awesome customer service! This is a very nice facility on well-kept grounds. Great location for University of Arkansas students! We will definitely use them again. I recommend a climate controlled unit.

DO NOT USE. I kept my stuff in there and it is infested with spiders. Every. Single. Box. The storage unit breaks easily and then they blame you for it breaking. I think they’re very poorly ran. I wish I went anywhere else. Wasted money

This is the worst storage facility I have ever encountered. The customer service is horrible. The lady at the front desk seems to always be in a bad mood. Their prices are too high and the facility is not the best.

The staff is wonderful- very helpful and went so far as to send a card when hearing of my brother’s passing. The storage units and property are very clean and well secured. In my opinion the best storage location in Fayetteville!

I highly recommend Arkansas Self Storage. They were very easy to deal with. The unit was clean, ready when promised. The employees were extremely friendly and professional when leasing our unit and vacating the unit. We felt the unit was very secure with the gates and cameras. I really appreciate the high level of customer service.
