AAA Business Systems has provided immediate customer service when we've needed service or supplies. In fact, they've driven out supplies to our school, Parson Hills, the same day we ordered. The staff at Parson Hills is thrilled with the technology we purchased through AAA and highly recommend their services to others in the area.

Harold's customer service is fantastic. I told him what we were needing at the office and he set us up perfectly. If I have any issues, I can contact him or AAA directly, and they are super efficient and prompt. I would highly recommend AAA!

Gave these guys a chance with a 3 yr contract bid, and within a year we realized what a mistake that was. Don't know if the Ricoh machine was just a lemon or the tech that was a regular in our office to fix it simply had no clue, but it's been a nightmare. Even with the manufacturer involved. Two years of efforts to get this one declared a lemon and a new one to replace it were denied. At least a year trying to get out of the contract due to failed equipment and failed service was denied. The last year we simply stopped calling them and borrowed copiers in other departments while waiting this contract out. Employees resorted to buying desktop copiers to have at workstations to keep from having to use it due to constant jams, errors and being 'out of order'. The contract has finally ended and now we have issues getting them to come get this Ricoh so we can install a new machine from a more reputable vendor in it's place. Two things are certain.... our office will NOT have another Ricoh and will NOT do business with AAA Business Systems again.

Steve, who is one of the most friendly, kind and thoughtful person I've met in years, has been here two times in the last two weeks. He is ALWAYS so prompt and efficient and is so willing to do anything necessary to get the problem taken care of. What a Wonderful employee you have!! 5 Stars!!!!

Need solutions? Talk to Harold at AAA Business Systems. Harold found exactly what I needed with a price I could afford and the tech Maurice was speedy, and efficient. He had me up and running in no time! These people really understand customer service. HIGHLY recommend!

Harold has been instrumental in providing a top-class solution for an audio/visual presentation system in our City Council Chambers. He has also provided a video solution for our airport (done) and Video Presentation/Video Conference system at our Municipal Center (pending funding)
