My organization has ordered from NWA Tees for almost a decade now, and we couldn't be happier. Jim and his staff regularly go above and beyond to deliver a great product at a reasonable price and a quick turnaround. Would recommend for any order, large or small!

Called 5 different places to get a sign done for a monument sign. All of them dropped contract at one time or another. Got referred here and within a week had a sign! Great doing business with people who want to do business.

The other reviewers who noted Jim's temperament and poor customer service are spot on. If you do a "one time" order, you will probably get lucky and get the "friendly"Jim... but if you deal with him multiple times, you'll eventually run into the "rude" Jim... This guy should not be working with customers... just keep him in the back and hire someone with a better attitude to be the face of your business, otherwise your gonna run it into the ground. I went in to pick up my order, and noticed the price for my embroidery increased. I asked him if the prices have gone up, and he arrogantly stated they have always been $8.95. I told him before I paid a flat $8... he then said that is only if you have 6 or more embroideries at the same time. I remembered asking about quantity pricing before, and he was VERY clear stating that the price is $8 per piece ... regardless of quantity. I could have easily brought in more to be done at the same time if he would have told me this. He rudely stated they "he would have never said that"... and he "does not want to argue"... as he kept arguing. (Keep I'm mind the only reason for doing just 2 items was so we could see how it would turn out on the material.. Jim was unsure about vinyl) I just paid him the cash,grabbed my order, along with the bag of shirts I was about to have him do, and walked out the door... never going back. Like

I don’t know if the guy was having a bad day, or he’s just a miserable person in general, maybe he just needed a hug, but either way we will never return to this business. My husband and I went in to inquire about having our business logo printed and embroidered on multiple items and the man at the desk had zero patience for answering questions, once he literally began yelling there was no way I’d spend my money with him, and support his behavior.

Simply wanted a ballpark quote and not having to drive to Farmington from north of Siloam, this is how I was treated. It’s very apparent they don’t want new business or appreciate new business! Worst customer service I think I’ve ever seen!

I’ve been using Discount T for many years. I’ve purchased fan gear, ball uniforms and customized apparel. It doesn’t matter what I ask for, Jim makes it happen. Quick turn around and reasonable prices! Highly recommend.
