This is a great store to buy clothing items. Bought a new comfy coat for $180 and the kind ladies behind the desk assisted me and buying the correct size. I would also recommend buying belts here as well. My significant other got an awesome new belt here (the ladies also helped size him for the belt as well). I will say that it is on the more expensive side of stores in this town, but if you want some quality brands + product I'd recommend at least stopping by! Thanks to the ladies who provided us wonderful service.

For those who proclaim the place is "not Family-friendly" in a few of these reviews, I would say that's because the store has HIGH-end, expensive, damageable clothing and Leathers. NOT the place for out of control, not well-behaved young kids. As so many are these days due to lack of Parental supervision.....bring them w/ you over to your next shopping trip @ Wal-Mart. Love the store. Great staff, friendly, Hometown. NOT the place for kids!!

Great customer service. The staff was very attentive and made sure to call us and let us know if a jacket of a different color could be ordered. Their leather and suede jackets are so beautiful. I love the variety of colors and styles. I also got a cute sun hat there (although a but pricey). I'm going to come back when it cools down and get myself a leather jacket (such soft leather, too!). They also have great quality mid-range tops and pants.

I was excited to see a place that sold Olukai! I went in and bought myself a new pair. The sales woman, Cindy, was amazing. She took the time to help me find the right size as well as show me the tennis shoes for them that I might like as well. My family and I went back the following day. Not only was Cindy there and greeted us, but she asked my daughter if she had made it to the candy store that she was talking about the previous day. I was blown away that Cindy not only listened, but remembered the talk they had the previous day. She sold me that pair of tennis shoes she showed me the previous day as well as selling my husband a pair of Olukai boat shoes. My husband and daughter also each picked up a hat for themselves to keep the sun out. I'm In retail, and I would snatch Cindy up in a minute to work for me. Wonderful job and store!

I had the worst experience at this store. Do not waste your time at this store if you are not white!! I had family members visiting from out of town and you could tell the staff was in high alert following us everywhere. I felt so uncomfortable that I finally confronted a staff member directly & told her there was no need for her to follow us everywhere since I did not planned on stealing.

I received good customer service in the store. I was treated like I shopped there every day while it was only my first time in the store. The clothing selection is just enough to get some warm or cool clothing according to the weather. The clothing in the store is beautiful.

Wouldn’t recommend shopping here especially if you’ve bought Ugg’s from here they were more than likely covered in mold at one point that I had to scrape off, oh and yes you still bought them full price! Beware!

We had a delightful experience here with Ms Janet! Top notch shopping experience. We found my husband some Tevas for our float trip tomorrow, our daughter found some cute matching T's for her beau and we got a Eureka Springs history lesson to boot. Great store...the Scully merch is gorgeous and all else also very good quality. We will be back!

I had the BEST experience shopping at Parts Unknown in Eureka Springs! The inventory was fantastic -- surprising for a small town -- and the two sales people were friendly, helpful and made me feel special. I ended up buying a pair of shoes that were displayed in the window. So glad I stopped in. I only wish I could move this store to Kansas City!

Was visiting eureka springs from tulsa and my children where in the store looking at things and trying them on to maybe buy and a worker came up and was very rude and called my children broke and that they should shop somewhere across the street. Very unwelcoming and very rude.she is very lucky she didn't say that infront of their parents. We will never go in there again
