Not a very nice truck stop. Yes they are renovating it, but none of the restaurants were open. Sign on door said alternate hours, but all were closed. The only outside door was open, but the inner door was locked. Numerous people stopped there for food and were unable to get anything to eat, due to being closed. Walked across the street to Subway, like so many others. A sign on the door would have been nice to say the restaurants were closed.

Stay away from this shop. Called for an alignment. She said we can do it at 2pm. Arrived at 1230 to be there when they're ready. At 330 they call me and tell me they can't do it because their equipment doesn't work. They were doing an alignment while I was there waiting. Can't trust a liar with anything so TA lost my business for good.

Taco was so bad and no knowledge just doing timepass . They charged me more and not returned my change. For cipotale ranch chicken burrito $6:29 and same i got in marshal IL in $2

Worst truck stop ever!!! Over 1/2 the pumps out of order. Super slow & rude service at Burger King. I got questioned and asked for my receipt when I picked up my food Drive past this one! Only have one star because Yelp made me it's a 0 star

This place is a dump, steer clear! Stopped here bathrooms were a mess. The fast food options were closed or slow as all get out. Place is just ran down, avoid if you can.

Went there to get some food and couldn't get any because their computers were down. Their customer service or there lack of service was absolutely rude and unprofessional. I will NEVER spend anymore money or time there

Don't go in for repair work I was there for 11 hrs just for a trl flat and they put u on a list but only do whom ever is paying cash or credit cards first not tire acconts

I have flat tire to fix but its been 4 hours and still no response. lady on the counter is extremely rude she doesn’t care to talk about. I wish I hadn’t come over.

This place has hit bottom I came 2 weeks ago the guy who cleans the showers went home and didn't tell anyone so no showers. Now I came Burger King ran out of Hamburgs at 7:00pm so they closed Taco Bells closed and no one wanted to work Pizza Hut . So I'm done stopping here.

Even the restaurant left. They have bk, pizza hut / Taco bell. None of which you can get the fountain drink you paid for. We went to be and the fries were cooked in old dirt grease. Save your money and keep going.

Definitely a convenient place to stop. But truly the nastiest restrooms on interstate 40. I was absolutely horrified.

Been here almost 2 hrs. Waiting just to lube chassis got ultimate oil change at petro in Memphis grease gun broke. Sent me here. Bad decision should of went somewhere else. Very slow. Still waiting.
