This location deserves a 5 star compared to the NLR location. Definitely won’t be visiting NLR again it should be shut down and rebuilt

I love Sam's.
But the workers you guys have working in the cafe' are n9t professional at all. I ordered a 2 16' pizzas for my daughter and her friends and both pizzas were so burnt tht we couldn't even eat them after I waited an hour for my pizzas . This time i ordered them on the app I made my order at 5:31 it's now 5:56 and still have not gotten my pizzas. I think this will be the last time I get food from the cafe' thus is 2 times in a row.

This store is getting so more efficient in checking out. Used to be long lines. We buy frozen fish there in bulk.

Excellent Sam's club! It was clean and the staff was helpful and very personable...even pointing out that if we used the Scan and Go feature there were a lot of item we could save $2 on! This location has an odd entry due to the parking lot and the pick up parking stalls right at the front as well. The bathroom, was clean and stocked. The deli/good counter was appropriately staffed and the line there moved quickly. Good location and would rather drive here than shop at a couple of other clubs in the nearby area.

I get Sam’s club has cheap food but the service at the food counter is absolutely awful, you have 2 people working with 15 people in line and the employees don’t even know what you ordered. The employees act put out to even wait on you. This should never be the case, but is the world we live in today with terrible customer service!!

Takes too long to get from one side of the store to the other. But, if you need a cardio work out, the deals can make it worth it.
