Picture posted just to show this is a legit review…I went there today at 2pm and waited 2 hours and 30 minutes after being told that I’ll be after a guy that was ahead of me..it was only him!! He was gone about 30 minutes after I got there. The guy came up to me an hour later and said I’ll get you but we have to go in order smh. Huh? I was just after the guy who BEEN gone!! Meaning he put others before me after he already took my keys.. There was barely anybody in there but what really irritated me was the alignment was done in less than 8 minutes!! Make that make sense! Now let me say this…if I was in and out that $138 would’ve been chump change .. I drive a 2010 Nissan Altima never paid that much..which either way isn’t the problem .. people charge what they charge! I’m going to pay! Simple! It’s about honesty.. if I ask you how much is my alignment and you say $119.. don’t wait til I get to the register & say $138..The price is $138.. or say it’s $119 PLUS tax.. It would’ve been fine because we pay for convenience & fast service!! Let’s be clear on that! Then after my long wait, the alignment was done so fast less than 10 minutes I’m wondering if they just put air in my tire! I’ll know tomorrow for sure I’m just energetically drained.. Either way I’m never cheating on Austin Brothers again because they’re honest! I will say that this establishment has comfortable seating & air... you’ll need it! And mop the floors!! Anyways..I review a lot of places on social media & always give honest reviews! This was MY experience and google reviews is the only place I’ll make this review on because I believe they can do better! I just won’t return.

Robert worked on my car in a very timely manner. The customer service was excellent and I recommend Robert Jrs to anyone needing assistance with tires and wheels ! They will get it done !!

Go here and see Brad!! Trust me. He’s the best and I owe him big time. Quick and easy service. I got 4 new tires and they were so patient while I shopped at other places to make sure I got a deal. Highly recommend!

Great service in a timely manner. Prices were great. We do all my business at Robert Junior’s the staff very friendly. Bradley gave me a quotes and stuck by him great place continue to do business there with all vehicles.
