Our car was in the shop with them for just over three months, and it was excellent customer service the entire time. Kim was our advisor and she was awesome! She was always friendly and communicating, whether it were that something more needed to be replaced or that they were just waiting on a part to arrive.

Pretty much the most lackluster car buying experience ever. When it comes to purchasing my next vehicle, I’ll go elsewhere to purchase a Honda. If anyone is looking to purchase a new Honda, then I’d strongly suggest you go to any of the Little Rock dealers. You’ll get a better experience and likely be valued more as a customer.

Everyone was very friendly. The waiting area was comfortable and pleasant. Water, coffee, and snacks were available as well as vending machines. The car wash after having it serviced was a nice touch.

Made an appointment in advance, arrived at the dealership, my car was taken back right away and it seemed like no time before they came to give me a quote for new tires (I was aware they needed to be replaced). I declined the tires and they continued the service. From start to finish was about an hour AND that included the complimentary car wash!

Took my Honda accord got my recall fixed on my fuel pump and had oil change and transmission flushed and tires rotation and brake system checked love ❤️ how my car runs like brand new

I had a great experience at Honda World! Windle my service advisor and Andrew the service manager took great care of me. They are the reason I drive from Sherwood to Conway every time my service is due. Every staff member smiled at me as I was walking around. I can feel the positive energy I highly recommend Honda World to everyone in the entire United States of America

Great service team at Honda World. Brought my Odyssey in for two open recalls. It took just under two hours to fix both issues, but they also ran it through the car wash when they finished. (No charge, of course.) Bob did the paperwork with me and explained the recall issues and their solutions. Having Honda World/Winrock Automotive on my side keeps me happy and safe on the road.
