Randy, salesman, was very professional! We discussed several times on the phone what type of vehicle I wanted. I made an appointment and Randy had the car ready. The process from start to finish was easy and very transparent! I recommend this salesman Randy and dealership!

After waiting for somebody higher than lesia gary morrison to contact me since she said they would this is the email I got from her after putting my TRUTH on their kia customer survey. They didn't like my truth and think by ignoring it will go away. Do not come here for your service. You will have extreme wait times for simple routine maintenance. They have incompetent service workers ripping trim off my vehicle that didn't need to be ripped off. Their service department spends more time trying to sale you unnecessary crap for your vehicle and trying to "invite" you to church. Maybe instead of that we can maybe get our oil change done in less than 3 hours. If you have a bad complaint they do not care. The service department doesn't call you back. They lie to your face. We had trimming ordered the end of May. The service department manager said it would be there in 10 days. After 10 days I called not once, not twice, but 3 times with no call back. My husband had to drive to their dealership to ask where our trimming was at the end of JUNE!! The service department management said "we've been so busy, but if you just come back another day we can have it on quicker then it would take to do the paperwork." We all know that was a lie because when my husband showed up the following week he was told he had to schedule an appointment. Now tell me why that wasn't said originally when he was there the week prior. Or maybe return the 3 other phone calls yall haven't returned. We live 35 minutes out. That is a waste of gas and time. So my husband makes an appointment which took 3 hours. So yes, they lie, manipulate, don't care about their customers, and Ms. Morrison needs to work on her customer service skills since that is what her job is. Email attached from Ms. Morrison who didn't care about fixing the issue and was mad their dealership got a bad strike with Kia Corporation. Everybody who buys a kia.. they don't like you leaving a bad review because kia Corporation will ding them. Have the day yall deserve.

Demetrius was awesome! My boyfriend and I got a 2022 Sentra and love it, it’s the nicest car we’ve ever had. He was amazing in finding us options that fit what we could afford, but still making sure we got a vehicle that would last and fit our needs. Will definitely come back in the future!

Jeremie is a great SSS. Mr. King was communicative and the vehicle had issues (not their fault) that needed extra work, they warned me before they proceeded as it would incur additional expense. Will return!
