This review reflects my experience w/ O'Reilly corporate, NOT the folks at the store. O'Reilly supplied my mechanic with TWO sets of defective parts for the front-end repair for my SUV, and my garage eventually was forced to buy Nissan OEM parts for the repair. Some of their parts are NOT made to spec and are of low quality.

The young man, mason, that works at this location was the best help. On the way to texas my husbands alternator went out and mason went through the upmost customer service to help with what he could while we were changing it out in the parking lot. Thank you, mason! Great job! -Tore Lake

They forget to order your parts sometimes do not think it's fair if you buy a part and it's got warranty for a year and it tears up before a year and you get another one and then they say it is not warranty and this a brand new part again it should be done for a year warranty that's only for one part not the part when you get it back being new
