Shout out to King's Towing and Recovery yesterday. I was on the side of the road with car trouble Tuesday morning at 818 and 21 and called for a tow to Russellville to dealer. They showed up promptly and wouldn't leave with my vehicle until someone was there to pick me up because they didn't want me outside in the cold and snow. The driver was a nice and polite young man too.

They were VERY experienced and understanding. Got my tractor-trailer out without causing any damage to equipment or cargo! They didn't rush - they took their time to assess the situation and come up with the best plan. They then executed that plan flawlessly!
He was even kind enough to indulge my curiosity questions!

My husband, two kids, and I broke down in Knoxville, AR. Called Kings Towing to tow our car to Clarksville, AR. Not only were they there within 20 minutes, but the driver, Nathan, was AMAZING. So friendly and put us and our kids at ease. Hope I never have to call a towing company again, but if I'm in the area and need one, I will 100% be reaching back out to King's! My car was towed by kings tow service and taken to their impound lot around 4pm one evening less than 24hrs later when we got to our car to get it out we had to wait 2 hours before the owner would meet us at his impound lot then our car wouldn’t start so we popped the hood and amazed to see that someone stole our battery out of our car so we took a closer look to the inside of our car it had been completely robbed!!! My purse with all my id credit and debt cards and all other personal items, my boyfriends tool bag, coveralls, and SO MUCH MORE is missing the owner was quick to say there was no charge for the tow and to use that money to buy a new battery but he wasn’t responsible for any damage or theft! Pushed our car out of the fence while we went to get a battery hopped in his car n left!!! Sheriffs office said the tow driver took a pic of the items inside my car and all missing items were inside my car but then BOOM it’s all missing??? I believe this company knows what happen to my car and my belongings and just thought helping me get a battery would fix the situation but it won’t I want all my stuff back!!!! Called for a tow on a Sunday morning after hitting a deer and was told we’d have to wait until the afternoon after “church”. Good thing other places exist or we’d be stranded in the middle of nowhere. Way to be the example for your made up god.
