I had been trying for years to get my car membership to work so I didn't have to get out of the car and enter my code. No one was able to get it to work until Q tried. One attempt and he was able to get it all sorted for me. Genius!! Great car wash, nice staff, I love this place.”

“WOW this place is top-notch! I brought a very dirty car in and they cheerfully cleaned it inside and out, top to bottom while I waited comfortably in the lobby. Even gave me a discount because it was my first visit! Excellent customer service and I feel like I’m leaving with a new car. Like Arnold says, I’ll be back!”

“Love that they take cards and I can hand wash as long as I want. Same with the vacuums. However, this time around, 2 out of 4 vacuum heads were cracked and not good. The 3rd vacuum, the card reader didn’t work, but I moved to the one remaining fully functional vacuum. Hope they fix them soon. But overall, I do like this place. Never used the automated car wash.”

“We tried Speedy for the first time because was over due for a good wash after the recent road trips. We paid for the ultimate and additional bugs removal. During the wash, the windshield got a hands on scrub but still left smeared bugs. We pulled outside to vacuum. They have really powerful vacuums and complimentary wipe cloths with class cleaner. An employee, I would assume is the owner, came by and asked how the vacuums were. We said pretty good but was disappointed the windshield still had dead bugs on it. He apologized and said he'll run it back through. We went back through and he personally scrubbed our windshield and washed the car a second time. It got most of it out. We used the feet window cleaner and microfiber cloths and took care of the few stubborn ones. Loved our car wash experience and will be back again! Keep up the customer service”
