The lady Pam was so amazing and helpful! I had split my glasses in half and she spent 20 min trying to help me find a pair of frames that would fit my lenses. Then when nothing worked, she helped look up a place that could help me. On a Sunday. What a wonderful lady with amazing customer service skills! I can see again!!!

Tried calling the Walmart location and Ridgeway Clinic for three weeks now to schedule an appointment, but never got anyone to ever answer the phone. I went to the clinic and still couldn’t get an appointment.

Apparently walmart has no problem with the volume of customer flow during covid however the vision center differs. No walk-in or new customers are being accepted at this time. This caused me to drive 2 hours back to my home town just to get lenses. Ridiculous.

Not near as nice as the other clinics I called, then couldn't even answer some questions I had regarding my insurance, and what an estimated cost for their services would be such as copays and glasses allowance. Literally told me they couldn't answer those questions without me coming in, even though 3 clinics had answered them 30 minutes before calling this place. She didn't even take the time to ask what my insurance company was. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I know.

Dropped in with a bridge pad that I had ordered on Walmart Website, the Manager was very pleasant and receptive to my request for installing the pad. In only a very few minutes, She returned with my glasses fully repaired with the new pad. Then, I asked Her to repair my other pair which were twisted out of shape. She agreed and offered to replace the bridge pad on that pair of glasses. A few minutes later She returned from the back with them straight and with new pad. Now, get this; two repairs, 2 bottles of glass cleaner with 2 cloths, $12.51. Remarkable, very pleasant experience! Thank You!

Really one star is way to nice if had the option I’d give them one point on the star!!!!!Made an appointment two weeks in advance... asked three questions before making it and first question was “is this the dr in Cabot Walmart” they said “yes” went in for appointment and lady told me I was no where on books and can’t help me! Asked to see some above her and she refused!! Wouldn’t even give me a chance to find out what happened.. EXTREMELY RUDE!!! if wasn’t for the lady treated me at desk I’d consider rescheduling!!!

Lens quality is horrible and customer service is worse. I bought 3 pairs of glasses a few years ago and the coating(transition lenses) began to flake off just after the 1 year warranty ran out. I was told that there was nothing they could do. A few years later, after being assured that that would not happen again, I decided to give them another chance. Sure enough, about 2 months after the warranty was up they started flaking again. When I talked to the lady at the store she was very disrespectful and condescending, and basically blamed me for their inferior product. I have been wearing glasses for 25 years and the only time this has happened has been with this particular store. Horrible product and service.
