WARNING: THEY DON'T FOLLOW AMAZON POLICY FOR RETURNS. Despite Amazon clearly stating in their instructions that the UPS store is supposed to provide packaging for returns, and despite Amazon customer service assuring me that I read the instructions correctly, this UPS Store location consistently requires the purchase of packaging for Amazon returns. So if you have a return, either take a box with you or go to another store with employees who can follow policy.

Not sure if ownership has changed recently, but their customer service was absolute garbage. I entered an empty store, an employee working at a computer station made eye contact with me, and said absolutely nothing. A minute later a guy walks around the corner and starts to help me. I explained that I had 2 boxes going to the same address, and I wanted them shipped together, because I thought it would be cheaper. He had zero feedback about my intentions and went about making a box to put them in. When he told me the total was over $75, I thought I misheard him, but I didn’t. I objected to that amount and asked about sending them separately. That total came to just over $33. I was frustrated by his lack of communication about best shipping options and his lack of concern about my shipping needs. Needless to say, this all took a few minutes, and by then 5 other people were waiting in line, and no one greeted them or opened the other register.

Monday afternoon looked to be busy at the UPS store today. Thankfully the two on staff were quick, courteous and efficient at moving through the customers.

The employees do not know how USPS mail innovations packages work. I came to this location 6/11 to drop off a USPS / UPS mail innovations package and was refused. I pointed out to the representative at the counter that it said I could drop it off at the UPS store on the label and she still refused. Employees at this location are not properly trained.

I mailed a package two hours ago and have a question. When I call it says please enter your access code! What the heck? VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

The two staff members who helped me, Jacob and Alena, were polite and very helpful. Even though they were busy they didn’t rush me and made sure I received all the services I came in for.

I came right before close with a giant package. I know.that's probably so annoying. They were so nice amd welcoming. 5 stars. Plus, UPS drivers are hot!

We have been buying business cards from this place. And the last time two different employees did not do their job.When when I spoke to the supervisor he indicated. He would have my design ready by 4 PM on one day and then I received the email 4 days later.I do not recommend this place .Try Innovative next to Cheryl's diner.7
