Took my husband's ring in to have diamonds replaced for our anniversary the beginning of December they said it would take 7 to10 days I keep calling they gave a different excuse every time it took till today February 1st to get it back then the owner told me she would make it right she took $50.00 off this should of been more since it took almost two months! She said they uped the diamonds! There was also a younger woman answered the phone and waited on customers that was really rude! I will never take anything there again I've been there before but never again!

My Husband Purchased a ring for my Birthday in January. I wore it approximately 2 weeks and a stone fell out. He took it to the store to have the stone replaced (early February). We have gone in Separately and together numerous time since. We have called and left multiple messages. With no responses. When we go in, they say, "We will call and check on it and call you." They never call. It's now May, still no response, answers, or ring. I'm beyond over them and their horrible customer service. They are the absolute worst... I highly suggest purchasing anywhere else.

I had a family ring that was given to me 25 years ago that had a stone for myself and each of my children and grandchildren at that time. Since then I had other grandchildren and now great-grandchildren. Cathy was wonderful and literally re-built my ring to fit the stones of all my children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and kept the style of the original ring. They did a marvelous job I would recommend them to anyone!!

I have gone in there several times to get the battery to my watch replaced. They are always very pleasant. Talked to them today about sending my old class ring off for warranty work and they gave me all the information needed so that I can get it looking good again. They are my go-to jewelry store.

Went in to buy and the lady at the counter was talking to another lady. There were people standing at the door to an office area and went further into the office area when we went in the building. The lady at the counter couldn’t even stop to say hi I’ll be with you in a minute or anything. Nobody could be bothered to say anything from the office area. Definitely will not return here ever again

PERFECT!! I needed some prongs replaced on my middle diamond and had it priced at many places. They were all outrageous and only concerned with lining their own pockets. Thank you Legacy Jewelers for going above and beyond. I love it.
