Overpriced no staff self checkout never again terrible. I tried to check out a few items and was having problems with the machine, the lady who is working the area did nothing to help me, so I decided not to purchase the items... she was more concerned with taking them away from the bagging area, then helping me complete the purchase... extremely rude. Well, they seem to have a decent selection of items. Everything was very overpriced. I will never ever walk in that store again..

So, we ordered the prime rib meal this year. First off, when the wife went to pick it up they told her "we don't show an order for you." So, right off the bat "here we go." She showed them the confirmation email and after 45 minutes they found it. Thanksgiving day we get up and start cooking (despite what they advertise it is NOT precooked). The prime rib was the nastiest thing I've ever tried to eat. It had no flavor whatsoever, it was tough as shoe leather, and just disgusting. NO ONE liked it. The sides were the same, bland tasting and nasty. You would think for what they charge this wouldn't be the case. We will NEVER do this again with Kroger. Never.

I feel uncomfortable being in there since some employees treat customers badly. I’ve gotten treated badly by an employee on purpose because of an indifference. And last time I was in there with my baby the self check employee kept standing close to the carrier that was covered. Plus, she kept starting at the carrier. That made me nervous as a new mom I kept watching her and trying to do a transaction at the same time.

Pretty standard grocery store, seems a bit small but wasn't lacking any of the products I was looking for. Store was clean and the staff were helpful. Nothing was low on stock so they seem to be doing great in that department.

Ok Cabot peeps i hate to do this but I bought two big slabs of bar b q ribs at the Cabot Krogers for 9.99 a slab and take my word they are awesome i mean wonderful Best ive had in forever they came straight off the grill out in frint of the Store and the griller did great i know where im getting my ribs from now on THANKS KROGERS

Everything is good there the environment the people the pharmacy the deli is good they always have fresh food and it’s delicious they always have good coupons and good food prices thank y’all so much for doing the Pfizer shots y’all’s stay safe and god bless and our dog loves y’all treats

Was embarrassed yesterday because the lady yelled at me and then told me that she rang up the wrong price but waited til I got all the way to the door caused a big scene and all she needed to do was walk up to me and not yell completely embarrassed.

Be careful who you affiliate your company with (Instacart) bc it is a reflection of your company. We did a lot of shopping here but absolutely no more. We placed an order on Kroger online and the order was picked and said it was on the way. It obviously didn’t show up and we are supposed to wait 10 days for our money back. What a joke! Pathetic! Check the better business bureau reviews for instacart whom your affiliating yourself with, unreal.
