Do not trust this company. I paid for 3 units a month in advance of my long distance move. When the semi arrived the units were not available. One unit was locked, a second had someone else's stuff in it and the third could not be opened because the slider was rusted shut. No one was in the office and the secretary at their answering service was unable to contact anyone at Middleton. What do you do with a semi full of household items and nowhere to put them? If you are looking for a reputable company, look elsewhere.

Do not trust this company. I paid for 3 storage units a month in advance. When the semi arrived with my stuff none of the units were available. One unit was locked, one had a rusty handle that would not open and the third unit had other stuff in it. No one was in the office and their phone answering service was unable to contact anyone from Middleton. What do you with a semi full of household goods and no storage units? If you are looking for a reputable company, look elsewhere.
