They really need a "zero star" rating for total failures like Lowes delivery. I purchased a lawn tractor on Saturday. They said that it would be delivered Monday between 8am and 8pm. Of course it was not. So Tuesday I called to see when it would be delivered. They said I did not have a scheduled delivery, but I could schedule one. Silly me, I thought that they would put me first in line for the next day delivery. No. They deleted me from the list. So the next available day was Wednesday, so I told again it would be between 8am and 8pm. I called them Wednesday morning and the said that it would not be delivered then either. I cancelled my order and learned a lesson. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM LOWES THAT HAS TO BE DELIVERED!!!

It's a long story but basically my parents bought a new refrigerator, which was delivered 48 hrs after purchase. The ice maker didn't work the day it was delivered, so he called and wanted someone to come back that day, they said no so he told them to come and get it. They didn't. Couple days later he went and talked to the store manager who said they have a 48 hour return policy. It wasn't even delivered for 48 hours. Refused to even discuss it, my dad got irritated and pointed his finger and said he wanted his money back and he said he would call the cops. Pitiful. They have a brand new Whirlpool and are using ice trays. Their neighbor across the street had them put a deck in the backyard THREE YEARS AGO and they are still working on it. Really?? Long story short, just don't. Seriously, unless you enjoy being treated with disrespect and love being screwed over....DO NOT BUY ANYTHING MAJOR FROM LOWE'S!!!!!!!

Went to Lowe's to ask about a specific plant and the person in the garden center didn't have a clue about plants, all she knew to say was she can't leave her register. I went to the service desk twice for assistance. I waited the second time to speak with the manager Chad and in the process of me waiting another customer walked in front of me and he answered his question without even acknowledging me and kept having his conversation with the customer her was talking to. I had to speak up for myself and let him know I had been waiting before the customer that walked up. I will only give Paige credit for acknowledging me both times and trying to assist. I will never return to this location.

I will NOT purchase appliances from Lowe's in Bryant, AR! We have always purchased our appliances from here, but we purchased a new dryer on Dec 3rd & did not install it until this weekend. It did not work. Would not cycle past 1 minute on any setting. Took it back to Lowe's today and they informed me that they won't exchange it or refund me because it had been over 48 hours since the purchase date. 48 HOURS!!! Who knew you need to plug in an $800 appliance to MAKE SURE IT WORKS?!?!?! Spoke to the store manager, Mark Meyers, and he basically told me if it's over 48 hours they won't do anything to help. So, a BIG F YOU on an $800 appliance that NEVER WORKED!! I can promise one thing, I will NEVER buy another appliance there again.

We purchased a dryer from Lowe's and need to have it delivered. They told us that they could deliver it in Friday, that was great. I got a call yesterday about the time that it would be delivered. They said between 4p-8p. That was fine. Well those hours passed. We called Lowe's and the said that the last time the delivery company checked in as 5:20. Well 8 p.m. came and went. By 8:15 we called and they said that we had to call the third party delivery company. I should I have to call they should have to call. They are the ones using this company. Well we called the company and they did not answer, not surprising. So the delivery company called us at 8:55 and said that they are 30 minutes away. By that time we are very frustrated. So we told them no since we have a child and it would be almost 10pm by the time this all got taken care of. So now we have to go to Lowe's tomorrow and get another delivery day and time. Not happy at all. Will not be having anything delivered anymore from Lowe's since they do not deliver things themself.

Purchased a 15 cu ft freezer online from Lowe's. The 15 cu ft freezer, it was to be delivered, then pushed back, then pushed back. I upgraded to a more $$ (but in the store) 19 cu ft freezer. No call before truck was in front of my house, delivery manager didn't know what was going on. Manager was on vacation, and neither of the two "assistant" managers were able to split the day for coverage, so only corporate contacts to discuss the problems with. They are close, have lots, but the staff is not good at taking any ownership beyond the time clock.

Chuck, the manager, is very kind and helpful. He did beyond and above duty to help us order a dishwasher to be delivered to San Diego CA. The store is clean and in good order. Thank you Lowe·s.

Love this store. Staff always helpful in finding what i need and in offering advise when need on how to do something. Good quality lumber in stock too.

My husband and I came here to purchase faux wood blinds for my mother-in-law's house. She wanted to upgrade all the main windows. We were out here on vacation, but ended up doing a bit of work around the house. LOL While we were in the aisle one of the employees who walked by asked if we needed assistance. They had various brands to choose from, but not too many colors. She wanted more of an ivory (off white) color, but they mostly carried white only. So she was fine with it. The prices were also fairly reasonable. Each set of blinds was $30-40. Mind you that they also carry high-end blinds so those cost more. We made sure to check that each box was intact and had no damage. However, once we got back to the house, we noticed that there was damage to one of the blinds. I guess it's hard to catch everything. Immediately, we drove back to Lowe's and informed one of the ladies in Customer Service. She held the box there and told us to go grab another box and out we went. It was fairly easy to exchange products. The employees we encountered here were all very friendly towards us. The blinds were fairly easy to install. Bobby in the lawn and garden helped my family so much. He went above/beyond the call of duty; helped us plan/design our front bed. We called the store manager; after returning home, wanting to praise such a good employee.
