Can't recommend this place and Kelsey enough! I'll be recommending my friends and family to come here.
My girlfriend and I are getting into running for the first time and didn't know where to start. Kelsey was super nice, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. She did an analysis of how each of us ran using the in store treadmills. She then hand-picked multiple different pairs for each of us, and we ran in each one. When I made up my mind, they didn't have the color I wanted, but they were able to have them transferred from their Fayetteville location.
Not only was the experience awesome, but they have a 30-day return policy, so if you end up changing your mind or something happens with the shoes, you can bring them back! Really helps with peace of mind.

Had a really incredible experience. I was helped by Ava and she spent a lot of time explaining the benefits and characteristics of my options. She also performed a gait study which I found really enlightening. She was very attentive and I didn't feel any time pressure. She also encouraged me to spend time trying out running in each option and that was really helpful. Super excited about my new shoes!

As a novice runner they helped critique my running style and then presented me with a handful of options. Ended up choosing the Diadoras, a brand I never heard of that fit perfectly with my feet and are suuuper comfortable.

Second time to visit the Bentonville location. They were very helpful. I would recommend them, especially for running shoes.

A rare, non-good experience. Went to Rush to get a pair of running shoes after not having any for quite some time. I looked forward to consulting with one of their experts to find shoes that worked for my foot issues/qualities and running style. The store was busy-ish considering the time of day but manageable. I recognized one of the guys from the past as someone who really knows his stuff and maybe is a manager or owner - not sure. In any case, he was working with a customer, looking at her gait, talking about all the things to get her the right pair and said someone would be with me in a minute. Up popped a young man who gave perfunctory-bordering-on-dismissive service (when he wasn't dashing off to answer the phone). Which shoes does he recommend for (my issues, foot qualities...)? "Anything up there on the wall will work - they're all good" I asked other specific questions to hear "People like different shoes, it's really what feels good on your foot. I could tell you one thing and you might like something else" No questions from him, no analysis, just hey, it's all good so what do you want? I narrowed it down to two styles - He said they should have lots of color options in the back. Came back to the floor with "What you see is what we've got." I said I wasn't super thrilled with the colors - that they were kind of ugly He said "Can't disagree there" I decided to buy one of the pairs because I needed running shoes and I guessed they were "good enough". I'm okay with the shoes - they are shoes - probably a bit wide for my narrow foot (one of several criteria that he dismissed) but the service was just stupifying. Worse than some generic department store or discounter. I do think it was the (un)luck of the draw on this visit but someone needs some training.

Quality of shoes are not good. The first time I washed the shoes by hand, it got some small tears on the top edge immediately. I had to stop washing it. Service was not good, either. The pair of shoes they gave us were not new ones. Sometimes wrong item was given.

The customer service is fantastic! I bought a pair of shoes from them around Christmas time and by June they were already tearing up. I don't run so I was strictly using them for every day things. I took them back to rush and they replaced them with a new pair, no questions asked. They stand behind everything they sell and for that reason, I will be a repeat customer! You won't find this level of service at big chain stores!
