Everything went well with the move. There is an older guy and a really young guy they carefully wrapped all the furniture in blankets and scran wrap. He gave me a receipt for the work I misplaced it and then the irritating thing came when asking for another receipt. On the day of the move he texted me a snapshot of the calculator with the amt.and the name of his business. This is the only receipt I got. I asked him will I be able to get a printed receipt and he said yes After texting for 6 days I finally got a reply he was out of town but will print the receipt. He asked for my email which I gave. After I replied 10 days later I didn't get the email his reply was I'm out of town. After 13 days from initially asking for the receipt he says I will be back in town and we'll print the receipt an email. 2 Days later I text again telling him I didn't get the email and if he sent it. His reply, no unfortunately I haven't got up yet. I just not getting around. Give me a bit supposed to go to town and do some small job or two pizzas of furniture to be moved very busy I don't know how I'm even making it right now. I will get it to you 2 days later still no receipt I even showed him snapshot where he told me I would get the receipt. He tells me every company is closed Jan 1st and this is the last I heard from him. So I gave up with all his excuses and waiting over 1 months and no receipt. Words really can't describe how frustrating this back and forth was! So if you want cheap he is cheap with a trailer and what don't fit in there he will put in his truck. I have heard stories about the truck in other reviews and just to mention he nearly drove off with our TV. I hope that's all of what was in there. If you are expecting a receipt you probably won't get one just lots of run around and excuses I just always get a receipt of services we get just for who we used and what they did and how they did just for our record. Also it is cash only unless you want to do through Walmart service center you can have money wired there for him. I thought he was a good honest man but I was wrong!

Charles was an absolute delight. He showed up and didn't waste any time getting started. I truly appreciate how he conducted his business. Moving is one of the most stressful things to do in my opinion, and im glad he had such a reassuring way of handling everything. I'm definitely going to use him again when we take our stuff out of storage.

Also, I had marked each of the boxes, no care was taken to stack the fragile content boxes on the top of other boxes, some of the stuff in the storage is broken. I mean guys, I wanted to rate you better really.

Great guys to work with. Short notice move was easy thanks to them. they packed that trailer so tight that they were able to move far more than i had thought they could.

Charles had me work a 12 hour day during the holidays, in which he discussed only paying me for 10, since we had "drive time". Well long story short, he told me he would meet up with me the next day to get me paid, and I never again could get a hold of him. Not paying employees is a bad way to run a business.

I had a last minute request to get a huge piece up 3 flights of stairs- the team arrived within the hour and had everything done in less than 20 min. Super professional and kind, I couldnt recommend more!

Charles was amazing to work with! He and his boys did a great job getting our stuff moved! Nothing got damaged, and with it being so hot and then rain, they never once complained and kept going until the job was done. It seemed everything was against us with this move, and this company still made it work under less than ideal circumstances! Could not recommend them enough! Prices were fair and reasonable. Will for sure keep them in mind if we are ever crazy enough to move again!

I can't speak for the other reviews. But Charles was polite to me and contacted me the day before and the day of to confirm our appointment. His sons did a great job helping him move, and they quickly moved all my belongings from one place to the other without issue. Including my giant, extremely heavy upright piano. Way cheaper than the moving companies around Fayetteville that boast only they can move pianos. Consider supporting small businesses. They worked hard for their money, and it was a fair transaction.

Had two very heavy reclining couches moved by them from an upstairs apartment unit in bentonville to centerton. they were prompt on their arrival time. Courteous when there was a delay. Reasonably priced. They were all around processional. I would definitely use them again.

Wasn't told about all their hidden costs. Stated he'd have 4 to 5 guys, came with 2. My family helped move but rates were still the same. Never on time. I was given how long it would take but it was always longer, so more money.Nice guys, but owner was always dropping things.I had to text where how when 2 or 3 times. That's after verbal info 2 or 3 times.Three hours late for my daughter's unload.
