Thanks to Valentin Guerrero and David Pope for being honest, fair, and getting the deal done so I could purchase a new Maverick. Valentin was helpful, talked to me (the customer) and not just the man with me, and didn’t try to rip me off. David was straightforward, got me a fair trade in price, and even apologized for how I was treated poorly at a different dealership (different city & different owners). I appreciate helpful, honest, hardworking sales people. And I love my new Maverick!

I have purchased many new vehicles in the past 30 years and this purchase of my Jeep Wrangler was the smoothest purchase I’ve ever made. CT my salesman went above and beyond to make this experience a real pleasure. CT was so helpful with answering any questions I had and taking the time to go through the vehicle and show me how to operate all the electronics and even how to remove the hard top and doors. I did not feel any pressure to purchase unlike most dealerships I have dealt with in the past and not only CT but amazingly every single person I spoke with from sales, finance, the assistant at the front desk to Mr Hooe all just wanted me to leave there happy and I certainly did.

I had a great experience at McLarty Daniel Ford! My longtime friend and salesman Christopher Anderson that works at the dealership was awesome in helping me get a car that I was needing! The beautiful 2015 Nissan Altima is perfect! The buying process was smooth and simple and I couldn’t have went to a better place! Thank you!! It has taken me some time to think about what kind of review to leave, but I think I will attempt to explain my stance on this.
Initially I left a good review due to the speed in which they got me in a vehicle, which at the time I was thankful for. For a dealership that's supposedly reputable I would expect a vehicle to be in good mechanical condition regardless of it being sold as is with over 100k miles, however after driving 9 miles home the vehicle they got me in stopped being able to accelerate while I was at a green light and after scanning the engine codes it showed 730 (Incorrect gear ratio) and 777 (faulty pressure control solenoid).
I was then told by the service manager and sales that they couldn't do anything to help me, either in taking the vehicle back and canceling the loan or helping me fix a vehicle I didn't even have for more then an hour before it broke down in the middle of traffic and put me in physical danger.
Do i think that they quickly found a vehicle that they could get me into? Absolutely and again i was thankful for that. However when said vehicle is dangerous to drive because you don't know when it will fail and be unable to accelerate, there's a major issue. Because of that I feel as if I have no other option then to give them a singular star.
Needless to say I will not be doing business with them again, and I cannot recommend anyone to this dealership.
