Didn't tell us the truth on how much jewelry is worth and price was what they said the jewelry was worth. I will not go back if they go back in business.

I've had mainly good experiences at Young's, but have had 2 bad experiences that could've been avoided. Today they were kind enough to fix my daughter's necklace for free. My husband bought my wedding set here, and I still love it to this day! They're great people, but I wouldn't say they're the "best around".

Dropped off my son's watch August 15th to have a lost watch band pin replaced, battery replaced, & a link added to the band. I had to call to ask for updates (links were on back order, not shop fault, but they were rude about it all.) Picked up today & the missing pin was not replaced, band was not connected, & battery was not replaced. The back is scarred up, was stuck, & Mr. Young was adamant that sending the watch to Fossil was the only remedy; within 2 minutes, in a moving car, I had the back off & battery ordered.Mr. Young should keep in mind that not all of us are boomers with bad hearing, so we absolutely can hear him mutter trashtalk from the back of the store.Overpriced merchandise, slow repairs, horrible customer service, terrible communication skills. Thanks for the horrible experience, cosmetic damage to a sentimental piece, & being good for nothing.

I went in there to sell an old 14k gold bracelet. They were so nice and very helpful. If your needing to sell your gold , make sure and go to YoungsJewelry in Benton .

I don't know the lady's name but I came in to buy a piece of jewelry and she was very rude to me. Will not be shopping there anymore. I have never been treated at any other business like that!

I visited Young's to support local business, and was disappointed with the customer service. I went in to check the status of a ring that I had recently ordered, because it was too big. I sized the ring in the store and my wife picked it up while I was at work. The ring was too big and I brought it back immediately. The OWNER argued with me over the sizing, despite seeing that the ring was clearly loose on my finger. I ordered a 9 and he claimed that it was, IN FACT, a size 9. This didn't make sense, however, because the sizers in-store fit tighter than the ring, despite both registering as a 9. I even sat there and demonstrated how the 9 sizer fit correctly, but the ring that I ordered was nearly falling off of my hand. This seemed like an easy fix. People make mistakes. No biggie. Someone ordered the wrong ring. This wasn't my issue.I DO have an issue with poor customer service, however, especially from a local business. What is the appeal of shopping local if the owner is rude and unwilling to help? My wife and I have purchased several pieces from Young's (wedding bands, etc.), but I will no longer darken the door of this establishment. Go to Jared's. It's corporate, but at least that discourages rude employees and/or managers.

Just wanted my battery replaced on Timex watch. I was the only customer in the store. Lady wanted specifics of when was the last time I changed the batteries. I didn't not that highlight in my life. We played the game of, if I can be annoying enough, the customer will leave and I won't have to do any work. She won. Off to Walmart I go.

Horrible experience! Buyer beware! Took a bracelet in to have converted to a bolo style. Was told it would be around $25. Received a call it was ready but when I went to pick it up, it had not been touched. 2 weeks go by and I call, oh yeah, it's ready. Go to pick it up and can't get it over my wrist because it's too small. Waited another 3 weeks and had to call them only to be told I needed to come in for a wrist measurement. Okay....A. Why hasn't anyone called me and B. Why did they not do that the first time I was there. Went and had my wrist measured. 3 weeks go by and no one has called AGAIN so called and told, yes, it's ready. Go to pick it up and not only is it way bigger but they charged me $45 dollars! Also, because they used such a cheap thin chain, the bolo will not stop and I can't keep it closed so as not to fall off. If I could leave negative stars, I would!
