4 new tires and an alignment...
Wife's truck has a 4in lift and 37x12.5x20 tires.
Not only were they the best price. They were the 1st shop to actually align the truck correctly and align the steering wheel...every place else the truck has been aligned they "forget" to align steering wheel and have to take it back in or we just deal with it.
Williams has our business from now on.

My family and I use this shop for all of our vehicles including work vehicles. I took my brand new 2024 mustang (1800 miles) in because I picked up a screw somewhere and had it patched. When I picked up my vehicle and got home there was a paint chip off of my wheel. Stuff happens and I totally understand that especially with the work force we have today. Williams fixed my wheel Tuesday of this week but as I looked at it more and more it was definitely not the same color nor gloss. I went in today 5/31/24 to reconcile with the guys at the front desk and express I wasn't happy with the way my wheel was done. Instead of hearing my complaint they looked at it and said "The paint is fresh and it will change" there is also overspray around the wheel (small specks of paint everywhere) and the answer to that was "I don't see anything wrong." After expressing my discontent the guy said "Even if i put a new wheel on it from Ford it would be a different color because the other wheels have aged" Honestly it has 1800 miles on it. Like come on. The end of the conversation was him walking off saying "If you say so" Obviously with an attitude. If this is how you intend to treat many year customers I will gladly go somewhere else.

We use this shop for our truck care. The prices are very reasonable and they work in a very timely fashion. The staff are very professional and friendly. They have a waiting area that is clean and comfortable. You can't go wrong using Williams for your auto maintenance.

Just about 2 weeks ago, leaving L.R. after a Dr. appointment and heading home to Hot Springs we had a tire pressure light come on and we looked for a place to have it fixed. We made a couple stops at name brand tire stores which would not help us, we remembered William’s in Benton. They didn’t even hesitate, got us in a bay immediately, changed the tire and had us on our way. Everyone was great. Thanks

We tried to make an appointment for an alignment and was told to come in right before opening because they don't take appointments. After arriving just before 0700, the line was already backed up. When I asked about the alignment, they said they were a week out, which would imply that they actually do take appointments. The staff was short and rude, so I took my business elsewhere.

Went to get my tire checked today. I thought I needed to have it replaced. After about a 30-minute wait, they brought it to me, and it only had a leak. I paid a little over $16 and am happy to be on the road again!
